My husband and I recently purchased a bed, including the mattress and a headboard. We have to say that the service has been a SUPERHUGEDISAPPOINTMENTOVERALL. We have been promised many things and NOTHING has come to fruition. It began with the delivery«white glove and shoe» service. SERVICE, that AREDEFINITELYNOTANYWORDTHATSHOULDBEASSOCIATED with Sleepys delivery team. They were NOT at all consciousness. I shared with several people that I would be embarrassed to be associated with Sleepys ATALL. The delivery team left miscellaneous trash strewn around our home, both inside and outside, packing tape stuck on the FRONTDOOR, they obviously didn’t see it when they were entering nor leaving our address. Our«new» home was left a mess with scratches on our hardwood floor entryway as well. I did speak with the then District Manager, «Ben» that promised that our account would be credited a $ 100 delivery charge, and We have YET to receive that credit. To summed this overall experience up, Sleepys gave POOR service ATVERYBEST. Neither my husband nor I will EVER recommend them to anyone, which is unfortunately a shame, as we still needed further bedding for our children. Peter and Jennifer Sheil
