A downward spiral. A once good cleaners is now dirty! They admitted they destroyed a good shirt of mine. Said they would try to fix it. Said they would speak with the owner to rectify the situation. Result: I still have not heard from them 1 month later. And of course they do not return my many phone calls.
My advice, seek out another cleaners as this one does not back their product and has no customer service.

Had been taking shirts to be laundered. Inconveniently «lost» three of the better ones. But, of course they claimed that I had alreay picked them up. Strange how I still had the claim ticket on me. You know it’s a bad day when a worker shouts at you in public that they are no thief, but also refuses to go in the back and check for the shirts. I am not surprised to find similar misfortunes posted about this place. Find another cleaner.

Took a sport coat in to have a button sewed on and cleaned. Took almost a month and they didn’t clean the coat. Made the mistake of returning with a dress shirt, asked for starch and cleaning… Results. No starch and some kind of blueing? on the collar. That’s it for me.
