Do not go here. Kevin is very unprofessional; I brought in my device for a simple fix and right off the bat he threw a hissy fit because of how«expensive» it was instead of just politely offering alternative solutions that he could do. Nonetheless, I paid my deposit for the fix, he ordered the part, it took about a week to come in, but it was the wrong part(lack of attention to detail) — no biggie. He orders the correct part, takes another week to come in, yet this new part came in «damaged» and instead of examining the part before tinkering with it, he just tried to shove it in there then threw a huge hissy fit, yelling at me– the customer– because of his lack of attention to detail, again; when in reality, it was no one’s fault the part came damaged. Also, these people claim they will call or email you when your parts come in/device is fixed. They never did any of that. I had to continuously drive back and forth, JUST to check the status of my device. So, at the end of the day, Kevin never did the actual repair… nothing was repaired… so last solution(which should have been the first solution): order a new device and swap out the data boards. This is where it gets bad… My deposit covered the price of the new device– completely. And that’s how it got fixed, BUT Kevin originally said that I wouldn’t have to pay for the repair… BECAUSEHENEVERDIDTHEREPAIR. He lost money in ordering that damaged part and tried to hold me accountable because of his lack of maturity(capability of accepting responsibility and understanding it is neither of our faults.) So when I returned to get my device after almost a MONTH of waiting and dealing with someone who cannot even deal with their own emotions, Kevin was not there and had one of his employees charge me the full price of the repair because he claimed he «tried to do the repair», yet nothing was ever repaired? So how do you pay for something that never actually happened? I was so fed up at this point I just paid it, but no one should ever have to deal with a man-child when it comes to paid services.
