The food is just what you expect from Fox’s, they are a chain and this one is consistent, with friendly staff.
The problem is with the management. I placed an order while at Martin’s to pick up on the way home. I drove the whole way across town to find out they had moved and were back on the other side of town right down from Martin’s. Of course they could not be bothered to tell me that and even though I drove by the new location, there was no Fox’s sign. Yes, apparently there was a fire at the old location, but seriously how hard is it to ask people placing orders if they are aware of the new location! The result was cold mushy food and loss of a customer. There are numerous pizza shops in Front Royal, no need for the hassle.

Absolutely terrible service!!! We ordered pizza at 8:30 and when I called at 10:30 they said they didn’t even have our order in the system. We had a confirmation number for the order we had placed too!!! This is not good customer service. We will never be ordering from here ever again. I’m so aggravated right now. I suggest that you never order from here either. When I called to ask why our pizza was taking two hours they said they wouldn’t miss our business. They obviously don’t care about their customers…

Very happy with everything I’ve had from here. When I had to drive down to them to pick up due to snow they gave a complementary upgrade to a larger size. Always have friendly delivery people and I appreciate the email update that the food is on the way

My order via the website was incorrect but the gentleman working there was very nice and corrected the order and left a note so next time I come in I can get the right sub. The wedge fries we’re good and the great service makes a world of difference most places don’t care when they make a mistake. Even though the restaurant was closed when I called the gentleman made it right by offering to replace the sub. no one seems to care anymore when things go wrong, they just try to blow you off but not here. thanks again guys you were wonderful

I ABSOLUTELY love this pizza. The people are friendly, they have always gotten my order correct even when my order was a little difficult, I came into the building one time and I had my son with me, the man behind the counter said our order was still going to be a couple minutes and gave my son a free soda while he waits. My son was so happy to pick out his own soda and everything from the refrigerator. I have never had bad food from this establishment.
More recently I ordered delivery from Fox’s. I had just gotten home from a long day and didn’t feel like cooking. AND I KNEW Fox’s had a monday deal on Big Daddy pizzas. It was around 530pm on 12÷12÷11 when I had called. I ordered a dozen wings and 2 big daddys.(which was ALL eaten by my family LOL). Anyway, the man i talked to on the phone was so nice and easy to speak with. He told me about having new rotisserie chicken and I chatted with him about some other random stuff. He said my order would be ready in about 30 mins and IT WAS. It came to my house hot and fresh. The only complaint i do have is I didn’t like the breading on the chicken wings, by the time I received them they were soggy. I wouldnt be ordering them again.

Went into the location Saturday this week with the family we were from out of town and the kids wanted pizza. We ordered on the road to pick up. Got a big daddy pizza and a few subs. The subs were probably the best I’ve had in a long while. The pizza was so good the kids made me stop on the way out of town to get another. I couldn’t believe how good this location was and the people working there were as nice. I’d recommend this location to anyone.
