When your only choice for internet is satellite, the providers know they have a captive consumer. I’ve had HugesNet and WildBlue(ViaSat) and neither company has ever much cared whether my service was good or bad. They didn’t have to care, I had no other choice. I wanted to upgrade to ViaSat’s newer, faster product, Exede, but was told by several dealers that I couldn’t receive a signal. Kurt and the crew at Departure Complete bridged the gap between me and the big company that couldn’t care less about my business. Kurt’s crew determined that I could receive a signal. I was skeptical, but Kurt not only endured my impatience and skepticism, but went above and beyond, spending time on the phone with ViaSat to complete my upgrade.
