The Vitamin Shoppe

I don’t go anywhere else! Vitamin Shoppe has all of the best supplements, vitamins, and a whole range of healthy items all in one store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will make you comfortable if you don’t know what you are looking for. I’ve tried all the other places and I keep coming back here.

What I found to be really helpful about this location is the staff. They go far beyond «clerks» by really going out of their way to see what it was I really wanted and was trying to accomplish with my health and fitness goals.
As an example I wanted to pick up some whey protein and they asked some questions and they recommended casein protein as I wanted something to take before bed.
They store is kept very clean. I really appreciate the managers specials table, you never know what treasure you are going to find half off or more!
Once a year they send me a loyalty card based on how many points I racked up from the past year (every purchase gets you points, double points are earned if you buy their brand).
Like everything else in life you want to be talking to experts when you spend your money on anything, so I don’t buy my supplements at the grocery store anymore I always come here.

Great selection of stuff and employees tend not to shove products down your throats like GNC. Plus the cashier today was extremely good looking. Definition of tall, dark, and handsome. I didn’t mind his muscles busting out of his shirt either ha.

Good place to get supplements or herbal remedies. Good variety of Sambucus (elderberry) items to choose from to help boost the immune system. This was also the only place that I could find nearby that sells Magnesium Glycinate. I’ll probably keep coming back here if I need any other supplements.

I’ve been to Vitamin Shoppes all over for the last several years, and I’ve purchased supplements for over 20 years with no problems until now. This Vitamin Shoppe is very poorly managed. Sales table items are a mess. One such item that appeared to be full was found to be empty!
Items on shelves are not price marked. One item that appeared to be merely in a new container and conspicuously placed next to exact name/​brand item that was on sale, was not on sale. Upon informing the manager of an apparent price discrepancy, she initially said the new product was unavailable, so she didn’t know the price. This was a lie. When she was shown how the new box was lined up, unmarked right next to the on sale item with the exact same name, she said she was OK with it.
I don’t know what another reviewer is claiming about non-​pushy sales — here they are the pushiest and least knowledgeable around outside of GNC. Another VS I frequented in Albuquerque had the most pushy sales staff I’ve ever see, so it’s a corporate thing.
Do not worry, though — this location is conveniently located within walking distance of a GNC in the mall, it’s just across the Gaylord from Ultimate Fitness Nutrition, and a Family Health Market and Sprouts with superior products and staff are just north on Preston.

Staff always guides me in the right direction. No pushy sales, just helpful!

I’m fairly new to the world of protein powders, supplements, and vitamins (outside of my trusty Flinstones of course!), but so far I’ve been pleased with this location. They always have the product I’m looking for and more importantly, there is a wide variety of brands and sizes available to meet your needs. The employees have been friendly and helpful, but the big «pro» for me is that they aren’t pushy and tend to leave you alone after confirming that you’re just looking — huge plus in my book!
Prices seem competitive based on the little bit of internet research I’ve done and they always seem to be running some type of special each time I’ve visited.
So far I’ve been very pleased with Vitamin Shoppe and the products I’ve purchased and I will continue to shop there.

Great place to get all of your workout and health needs. The employees are friendly and willing to guide you in the right direction based on the way you work out and your lifestyle. They will also double check their website when you check out to see if there is better pricing than what is offered in store. Coupons are emailed out for either $ off or % off, available for use both in store and online.
