The Perfect Workout! I’ve tried tons of programs and diets, but I was never able to stick with anything for too long. I always had excuses why I couldn’t stay with a diet or exercise program. Then I found TFC a year ago. I love the group atmosphere which provides a tremendous amount of support and accountability. The workouts are never the same, so you won’t get bored. It’s all women, of all shapes, sizes and walks of lives. Amanda is such an inspiration. She’s been where I’ve been, so she can relate to my challenges. She makes it a point to know each of her chicks. She knows our strengths and weaknesses. She knows when we have more to give and when we’ve given all we’ve got. TFC has made a huge impact in my life.
