I have called and called this company and left voicemails which have not been returned. I filled out their online form, and nobody has responded to that either.
After this experience I decided to come check them out on Unilocal.I’m not surprised to find all one-​star reviews. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband emailed them to set up a move out clean and when I called to confirm not only did she not have any idea what I was talking about but didn’t have availability on the day I needed. I had to have the maid come two days earlier than expected and she cleaned for about an hour and was on her phone texting for a good portion of that time. I didn’t have time to do a thorough check when she left and when I returned the next day to double check everything and turn in my keys I realized she didn’t dust the blinds or the fans and my oven and refrigerator needed to be cleaned. When I spoke to the owner about this at first she was accommodating and said she would send someone out to make it right. She then called back and told me no one was coming and that things weren’t cleaned because «my house was extremely dirty». Not only is that not true she also claimed that the maid spent 4 hours cleaning. I was there with her the entire hour she cleaned. Let her in and showed her out. I was told by the owner that she would call me the next day after she had decided if I would get a discount on future services or a refund. Never received that phone call. Absolutely horrendous experience. Save your money for a reputable company or clean your place yourself… You’ll end up cleaning it anyway if you hire this company.

We had them do our move out clean in our apartment. They came and went within an hour and we had to go behind them and clean everything. We were still charged cleaning fees for things the maid company said they covered in their move out clean. Not worth the money.
