Worst Starbucks! People are beyond slow, ignore people in line. Drive thru people are sitting around talking instead of helping the register people. I waited in line for 15 minutes. Then thought the drive thru people were not busy… after 10 minutes in line I left! This location is a fail!

10am on a Wed and it was the least pleasant Starbucks experience I’ve had to date.
Chaotic, unorganized, angry customers, stressed out baristas that were blaming each other on confusion over drinks. Dirty counters and dirty floors. Trash everywhere.
My bf chai tea latte tasted like hot milk. My iced passion tea was dark red she over did it just rushing as fast as she could. I will say my spinach feta egg white wrap was good and hot. That earned 1 star.

7 Baristas working morning rush.
That’s about all the bodies you can fit back there. Drink orders backing up. Minor sequencing issues. Drink arrived after food item had cooled too much. Much of staff seasoned but a few in critical tasks could have been a bit sharper and more in tune with the rest of the team.
Interior very crowded. Patrons doing the «Bump» in front of pickup /​bar area.

SUPER slow Starbucks. I don’t know if something was wrong the day we were there or if this is normal but when we got to the window they said our drinks would be free for the inconvenience. I am moving to this area soon so I really hope it gets better than that. On a positive note, our drinks were good.

Extremely slow service. Unfortunately, it’s the only one close to me. To be fair, it is located in a pretty busy area. But still, most people are in a hurry and just want a quick coffee before work.

I’ve never used the drive-​through I always dine in, unfortunately this location has very little comfortable seating.
If you’re looking for a comfy place to sit, have a cup of joe and perhaps knock out a few emails this is not the place. Instead go up to the Sbucks at Custer and Eldorado, SW corner.

I love starbucks, this is the worst location I’ve ever been too.
The drinks are great when they get them right. Yesterday in drive through they just didn’t have my order. Comped me a free one and the girl is sweet.
Several times made my hot drink cold even though I specifically order it hot.
Inside is a hot mess. Cluttered. All attention is put to drive through and best people. Inside is left unkept and with slow and sometimes just rude staff.
Takes so long to get through lines.

Drinks are prepared fine but the cleanliness factor is appalling! At 4pm, both trash cans are overflowing and the condiment station is filthy. The bathroom desperately needs attention. There was no line and the employees were chatting.

We have sworn off this particular location. My husband and I are gold card carriers and love us some starbucks, but this location sucks. A couple of times we have been served half full lattes and the last time our food orders were completely wrong. Not a good way to start off the day and not what you expect from starbucks.

Sunday morning at 5:40 a.m. There is one person ahead of me drive-​thru. I waited a total of 12 minutes from the time I ordered till I got my coffee. It’s ridiculous. The car ahead of me requested to speak to a employee at this location and they were talking for minutes! Finally the employee said «I will call you…». It’s a personal conversation and it shouldn’t hold up the line! I expressed my frustration to the employee and he lied to me saying the system didn’t work, yet I saw the first employee swiped the credit card before the second employee came to the window for a chat with the person ahead of me.
Very disappointed.

Once again, the wrong order. Asked for 2 double tall vanilla lattes; got one super-​sweet, one with no vanilla at all. At least they’re consistent: two visits, two wrong orders.

So disappoints at this location! I’m a fan of starbucks and have been loving it more than 10 years. This location doesn’t have the image of starbucks. This place is worse than DMV… the cashier was chewing gum the whole time and I asked are you allow to chew gum at work and he replied: well, you wanna smell my coffee breath? The other clerk was sitting on an upside down trash can didn’t even care about customer… she looked liked as if she was on high drugs… totally killed my impression of Starbucks. Whoever manages this location needs to terminate these employees.

Service: Service has been different every time I have come here. Sometimes the baristas don’t notice that you are at the counter for a few minutes (but never super long). Service has been consistently okay here.
Drinks: I usually get the refreshers (Raspberry Pomegranate), which are amazing! Can’t comment on the other drinks.
Tables/​sizes: There are 5 tables (most composed of two of the smaller tables) on one end of the space. There is a bar area with three stools as well as two couches. Overall, this starbucks is small, but I haven’t had problems finding a seat. Sometimes I have to wait to get a seat that I like (ie at a table). Overall, the space is pretty small.
Plugs: Plugs are everywhere! There are two at the sides of the table and the side with the windows, one on each corner of the back wall and then one near the couches.
They have Free Starbucks WIFI and the music is pretty chill.

SO MANY OPTIONS, which can be a good AND a bad thing.
My favorite drink, one of my Go-​To drinks, White Chocolate Mocha. TO DIE FOR!
I tried a couple of new things on my last visit: Chai Tea Latte, Tiramisu Latte and Caramel Flan Latte. All of them pretty good, not too sweet, but you can still taste the flavor. I like this location in McKinney. They’re quick, they get you in and out, never too crowded. OH and if you’re needing a snack of some sorts, something to partner with your warm beverage… you MUST try their Vanilla Bean Scones, their Sour Cream Donut OR their Pumpkin Bread. Freshly made and PERFECT!

Ordered a chi because allergic to coffee but found a block later all I got was espresso and milk because I smelt it and asked my fiancée to try it.
Same time ordered a breakfast sandwich and got a slice of cake.
They sounded the order off to me too before they gave it.
Not going there again because of there incompetence

Great location! Staff is always super friendly! Drive thru is very fast. Only weird thing — went there a couple days ago, and asked for a cup of iced water (aside from my green tea frappé)…and the guy looked at me like I was a cheap-​o for not getting bottled. Puh-​lease. Lol. But overall… one of my fave locations!

Being the Starbucks-​addict that I am, I had a gold card ‘Free Drink’ coupon that needed to be used ASAP. I took it in to this location three days late, but the Rock Star working the counter was ultra-​cool and let me use it anyway. He also put it in under the BOGO ‘Holiday Drinks’ promotion… essentially giving me two free drinks. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was the best barista I’ve ever come into contact with… ever. Hopefully, he’ll be the one up front the next time I stop in, too.
