Star Nails

Sorry guys, I gave it another go. BUT WILL NOT BE RETURNING! This place is absolutely unprofessional and annoying. I went in for a pedicure (a week before valentine’s day weekend) and I noticed it was a little busy. But I was there for 30 minutes waiting to be serviced. And no one told me how long of a wait it was gonna be. On top of waiting a few minutes, I noticed the same little girl (probably at least 3) running around, and screaming. She was even telling the customers they were ugly. And the mom did nothing about it. Then there’s that same girl (I think 14 – 16) just kinda hanging out. Not much of any help. All she basically did was run the water. I noticed a lady sitting in the chair (already finished) just kinda chatting away. I was already waited maybe 20 minutes or so. I was getting to the point that I needed to hurry because I had somewhere to be. So finally, they ran my pedicure water and didn’t even roll my pants up. They let the water run and let my pants get soaking wet. (Seriously common sense.) If you run the pedicure they help you with you pants. Just out of common courtesy. So there I am, with one of my pants just soaking wet on the bottom, and still waiting. So finally, I got so irritated that I got up, got my stuff and told them I would be back. They could tell I was anmoyed, but I kept it together and said it was taking way too long. I just didn’t have the heart to tell them why I was leaving. So I marched out of there with soaking wet feet, a pant leg soaked with water, and no pedicure. #pride. Needles to say, that was the last straw. Every time I go there, I get bad service. This place is a no for me

Love this place, went here with my mom and the service was great! Very relaxing and nice atmosphere and they have a really nice nail polish selection. Very reasonably priced for the service.

I’ve been going to Star Nails for about 3 years now and I’m a fan. Vanna does the best eyebrows in the metroplex in my opinion and the deluxe pedicure is very relaxing. This isn’t one of those fancy spa’s so don’t expect all that but the prices are a good value for the service. Very nice staff.
