Save yourself time and go somewhere out of the hotel. Waitress was also the bartender which we didn’t figure out until we stood awkwardly at the front desk for 15 mins. The food wasn’t the best by any means. They didn’t even have ranch for the salads, and they were out of one of the types of cheese. Will not be going back

I will say right off that there is not enough staff, however, the bartender/waitress that took care of us was top rate. She had one person supporting her who was very nice but seemed to be learning the ropes. The bartender/server was working her /($& off to make everyone was served and having a good time Don’t know about the rest of the patrons but we had a good time and the main reason was her, she is five star.

Why do I bother to read reviews on Unilocal and then ignore them. I guess I figured it can’t really be that bad. Walked in — no greetings — sat at empty table — only employee was the bartender — thought we would test the waters by ordering the spinach tip — oops no spinach dip — ok, how about onion rings — onion rings came out on glass plate but missing the chipotle ketchup as advertised — waitress/bartender(very pleasant) apologizes, says she’s just a fill in, she’ll get us some — oops no ketchup — there’s now 14 people in the restaurant and the bar tender is doing it all — we’ve decided to drink up and dine somewhere else. Too bad, nice place, so poorly managed. Shame shame. Did I mention it was a Sat evening during tourists season?

Yikes. Decided to eat here because we were staying at the hotel. There was only one employee in the entire front of the house who was efficient but curt. The appetizer was decent enough but the entrée was dramatically over-cooked and should not have been sent out at all. We didn’t bother to complain as it didn’t seem like anyone on staff cared enough to have pride in their work. Ketchup on the table tasted slightly funky like the bottles are refilled instead of disposed when running low. All the sauces served with entrée were in plastic cups which was slightly odd for a sit-down restaurant.

My boyfriend and I ate here New Year’s Eve because we were staying at the Holiday Inn and had free drink vouchers. There was a bar tender and one other employee who we overheard telling another table he only works breakfast so doesn’t know the menu. The food was not very good and the service was decent considering, but not good. We could tell they tried their best. I can’t imagine why a hotel restaurant would choose to have only 2 employees on the clock when their hotel is completely booked. Don’t waste your time and money here. You’ll be better off across the street at KFC.

Could have been a 3 star but after our breakfast on Friday 7 – 11 two stars is all they get. Couldn’t understand the server, that’s when they came to the table. Although food was hot when delivered is was just ok, nothing special. I have nothing else to add, try for your self and maybe when«you» go you’ll have a better experience.

Staying at the holiday inn for work. My boss and I thought it would be convenient to eat here. When we arrived just after five there was no wait staff so we say ourselves in the bar area. Waited about 15 minutes and still no one came. Finally a guy at the bar told us he’d go get the brender/waiter. The waiter came out and handed us two sheets of paper with about ten options to choose from(NOT the menu that was displayed in the hotel lobby and on the reception desk) and explained that they were on a down season or something like that. Fine. It is summer I guess, I mean no one comes to the mountains in the summer right? So I ordered a bacon hamburger and my boss the Caesar salad with salmon. Well my hamburger tasted terrible the«bacon» was cold and well, I don’t think it was actually bacon. The«salmon» on her salad didn’t look like salmon at all, not sure really what it was and it looked like it was just thrown on a George Foreman grill. The whole meal stunk. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone despite the convenience of being at the hotel.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel where the restaurant is located and ate there for breakfast and dinner. The convenience of not leaving the hotel is the only reason to visit the restaurant. For dinner, I ordered a burger, which was served with a stale bun, over cooked burger patty, dry fries, and pungent onion that had sat out all day. Our waitress was inattentive and did not check in until it was time to pay. Her language and attitude might be acceptable at the bar, but not at a restaurant table. During breakfast it took three different people to get a glass of water. Food and service are not this restaurant’s competencies.

The restaurant is located inside of the Holiday Inn in Frisco. We received free breakfasts as a part of our stay which included two breakfast choices — pancakes or eggs. The portion sizes are decent but the quality was a bit lacking. I was a but disappointed that they wouldn’t let me sub out less expensive items on the menu. If you are looking for a nice, quality healthy breakfast then there may be better choices. I can’t complain too much for a free breakfast though
