Kindra Tucker is amazing. I have been with her for over 10 years. Due to me moving and for convenient shake I have tried a few stylist but no one compares to her work. She is very professional, kind and extremely helpful. The level of customer service can not be compared to anyone else. She has a way of making you feel welcomed and she will mold your hair style to fit you. She is very knowledgeable of hair and will tell you ways to keep your own hair conditioned and cared for. Kindra is truly a jewel and I am thankful for her.

Ms. Sherelle is the best in there! She does my hair perfectly every time! Even when I had to get my hair cut short, she still cut it in a way that I actually wanted it short again!

Poor customer service from only one particular stylist there. Crazy lady. If she screws up she won’t fix it asap. I left there with ashy greenish/​brown hair & am too shy to confront someone. She will put you off a week instead of making time in her schedule to fix it & basically blame/​insult you if your not happy.
Beware they are independent stylist, so no management to complain to. Always make sure your hairdresser listens to what you want or they’ll blame it on you. Couldn’t get a partial refund & couldn’t go back to work Monday looking like that.
Worst experience I’ve ever had, embarrassed to go out in public. A women hairdresser should know, as a women, that this is not right.
But the next day Joe, owner of Salon Ana Bella on 121 & Custer fixed the mess & said it was ashy.

I had my hair done by Vanessa White, color specialist, and she did an amazing job. I was nervous at first because it was a completely new style, but it turned out better than I expected! She is so personable and knows what she’s doing! Great work, great experience, I highly recommend.
