My youngest has a tortilla addiction and she says Rosas tortillas are her favorites! We love everything we have had there and the kids love getting to watch the tortillas being made. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very very expensive for fast food!!! Be Warned the fajitas for $ 12 will be 4 strips of beef, even brought it to their attention and they said they only give a couple of ounces and that is it, wow!!! Also their tacos have nasty potatoes in them as fillers and it is gross. Always went to Midland locations and they were much better and less expensive

So much wrong with this place. I ordered a single chicken fajita and all I got was a few pieces of chicken in a flour tortilla. No grilled veggies, no cheese, no sour cream. I also got their queso and yuck. It was that cheese sauce you get in a big can at Sam’s. Even the addition of pico and hot salsa didn’t help. Service was quick and the were quite busy. I did have a decent crispy beef taco there once before so 1 star for that, 1 star for service and a bonus ½ star for the delicious warm flour tortilla. 2.5 stars it is! I doubt I’ll be back.

So this place is known for something called Taco Tuesday. You get three tacos(soft/crispy and beef/chicken) rice and beans for 3.69. We ended up here because of the epic fail at CiCi’s and this is in the same shopping center. Luckily we got there right before the rush, because by the time we left the line was ridiculous. They crank out food fast, and we were totally unprepared for what it was since it was our first time. Look, I get that it’s «cheap» to some folks, but I can get tacos for 49 cents at Del Taco on Tuesdays that are just as good. The rice and beans were just blah, neither good nor bad. The tortillas were hot and I’ll give them that they are good, but I guess I’m failing to see why this place is such a hit. It’s just regular Tex mex. With a drink I’m paying about the same as I would at a lot of local joints. So to me, it’s not really a deal I guess. It’s tacos. They should normally be 3.69. Be prepared for a loud experience if you go on Tuesdays.

I was looking forward to the freshly made tortillas and the ladies making them were busy cranking them out as we waited for our orders. I found it strange then that the ones our beef soft tacos were wrapped around were refrigerator cold. What was that about? The restaurant was very busy. It’s not like we came at a slow time. The chicken meat on our chicken fajita plate looked more like it had boiled the day before than freshly grilled. It tasted boiled too. It was not hot. It was not good. The refried beans were tasty, probably the best thing we tried. Of course the portion on the fajita plate was looked like it had plopped on with a tablespoon as an afterthought. The rice was blah, cold and without flavor of any kind. The chips were as good as any .99 cents generic store brand. Salsas were interesting but they couldn’t save the food we tried to eat. Noise level was deafening. Kids at a table all the way across the room were yelling, roaming like wild dogs and creating an even more uncomfortable atmosphere. The mommies sat nearby at a separate table oblivious to the marauding young’uns. Ugh. I don’t think a return trip is on the agenda.

We have continually tried to give this a chance. Our order is always wrong or is just horrid. Today I ordered nachos and requested the tomatoes to be held and I got them anyway. The sour cream was beyond«sour». The chips were hard & stale! I normally don’t complain about chips but these were ridiculous. I asked for pico on my tacos… None. The cashier never gets my change correct, from a few dollars to change. It doesn’t matter how much, it’s my stinking change… I expect the full amount. When we go through the drive thru, our food is crammed into one bag and we’re rushed away. If something is wrong or we’re missing something, we’re treated like we’re inconveniencing them and given an eye roll & a huff. I’ve had it. Rosas’ you’re out! Never again! NomNoms, you’re in.

We are Rosa’s regulars. It’s perfect for a lunch with my 4 year old. It’s casual, the food is good, the staff is always friendly. I love that there’s no waiter. I eat a lot of salsa and can get as much as I want without having to ask a waiter. When I’m not snacking on chips and salsa while my kiddo eats queso, I order the fajita salad or the chicken enchilada plate. Both are very filling and taste great. Also, the home made tortillas are better than any of the other restaurants I’ve tried.

An interesting cross between a sit down Mexican restaurant and a fast food place. Entrees are above par for a fast food chain such as Taco Bell, but under par for a true sit-down restaurant like Anamia’s in Plano. But it’s still good food, and you can’t beat the price or waiting time. The really standout feature of this restaurant that pushes it into 5 star range is the flour tortillas, they are truly unique as they are thicker than normal, very soft, and made fresh. Every meal comes with a small bundle of 4 or 5 tortillas, they are great with a bit of salsa. Portions are generous for the very reasonable price, I got an enchilada plate and my fiancée got the taco plate, we were both full and satisfied. I personally enjoy the salsa/pico de gallo bar, I had the tomatillo salsa and it was excellent, there are multiple fresh salsa choices as well. Definitely a favorite, will go again.

I used to love this place in college. Either I had no taste buds or we just drank too much back then. We grabbed food to go here one night when we were headed to a family gathering. No one wanted to cook so we stopped here to get a few items. I ordered the fajita nachos and my boyfriend got their beef soft tacos. We also ordered a side of Queso and chips. My nachos were horrible! Instead of putting fajita meat as requested, the put maybe 3 spoonfuls of a grey/brown colored taco meat. The cheese on the nachos looked like that gross ballpark hot dog cheese. The nachos were completely soggy and impossible to eat without a fork. I had a few bites and gave up. Even though I was hungry I knew I’d be in for a stomach ache if I ate those nachos. My boyfriends tacos came out wrong too. They gave him hard tacos instead of soft. Not a major problem but still not the correct order. The staff here isn’t very friendly. The guy who gave us our order had a bit of an attitude and clearly didn’t enjoy his job. He forgot to give us napkins and salsa even though we asked him for it twice. He told us it was in the bag. It definitely wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. It may be cheap and quick but it’s totally not worth the stomach ache.

I really liked this place! I went on a Friday evening at around 10PM. It’s a Tex-Mex place with good little Tex-Mex options. Super cheap, too. It’s the type of place where you go to the counter and order, then they call your number and you get your food. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, a guacamole tostada and some chips and queso. 2 thumbs up for all of them. My total was about $ 13 that included the drink. And it was PLENTY of food. They have a little salsa bar with like 5 different types of salsa. I had the spiciest option, and it was great! That’s where all the condiments are, as well. Jalenpenos, onions, limes, lemons, etc etc. They are open late weekends, so that’s awesome! And they have a drive-thru!
