It took more than 4 months to get an uncomplicated concrete job done in my backyard. There is a slight flaw in the finishing work of the patio that has yet to be addressed after more than 10 email exchanges and several phone calls. Although they do seem like good people, I would rate the customer service poor and ability to address concerns once the job is done and money paid as terrible. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Perhaps they’re just to busy to address concerns.

Rainwater Landscaping did a shrub trim for me today, and they did a great job. The employees were very professional and courteous. The work was efficient and completed in a timely manner. l would definitely use them again for any landscaping needs.
