BBQ is not fresh. It’s all microwaved. It’s also not very good. We had pork and brisket. Just very so so tasting. The rolls were stale. For something they are just piling together, it takes forever to get your order.

Here’s a fun fact: They cook their food ahead of time and then use a microwave to reheat the food to order. Gordon Ramsay would’ve definitely ripped them a new one for this. I visited this place last week to order food for myself and my husband. I ordered a salmon po’ boy sandwich and they showed me a tray of already-cooked salmon filets that looked like they had been sitting out for days. I picked one out, and then they stuck it in the microwave and nuked it up. They did the same thing with my husband’s brisket sandwich. The food tasted gross. The BBQ sauce was overly sweet, and my salmon was cold in the middle. The food made us both violently ill. To add salt to the wound, the service wasn’t even great. There were two bored and emotionless teenagers behind the counter, and all they did was nuke the meat and put together our sandwiches.(I had to pay an additional $ 2 for«food prep» — really?) This is NOT a real BBQ joint. BBQ restaurants are famous for the passion they put into the food. This restaurant has no passion at all. With its pre-cooked meat, overused microwave, and bored teenagers behind the counter, this can be best described as a cafeteria-quality pseudo BBQ place. Yeah, I don’t recommend this place at all. There are much better BBQ joints around Summit County.

Best BBQ around here! Always make it a point to stop for some beer cheese soup and peach cobbler. Yummy yummy in my tummy!

We are from Texas so I suppose this place was doomed before we even ordered! When you know what REAL smoked brisket should taste like, a place like this really disappoints. We ordered the burnt ends, and they were dry and tasteless … no smoky flavor at all! The owner was very nice … so nice we really wanted to like this place.

2 stars because the people were nice and the fries were good, but… Brisket was cold, sauce was too much on the vinegar side, lacked flavor. Meat had no flavor and was reminiscent of bad hospital or school lunch food. I actually threw up about 3 hours after eating lunch here. Place looks a little on the run down side.

Pretty disappointed in this place. We had high expectations due to previous reviews. We went for lunch-I ordered the ½ chicken and my partner ordered brisket sandwich. We also ordered fries-they were crinkle fries but obviously frozen-reminded us of the fries we used to get from the school cafeteria. My chicken came out with a little bit of sauce that was squirted on top randomly. We could tell it wasn’t actually bbq’d with the sauce on since there was absolutely no flavor to the meat itself. Both of our meals were cold but, due to our time constraints we ate them anyway. My partner ended up being sick all night from it.

We all enjoyed the beef brisket. The sauce is sweet and delicious. The cole slaw was very tasty, not too much mayonnaise. The service was friendly and quick. Very very casual, but great if you want a quick fix of BBQ

By far, this is the WORST barbecue place I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. My friend got a «barbecue» sandwich that we watched being pulled out the fridge and put right in the buns. I paid about $ 10 for a WalMart brand hot dog that was MICROWAVED and still wasn’t cooked all the way through. There’s a grill in the kitchen, for goodness sake! That was the grossest thing I ever had in my life. I like to support local business but this place is beyond awful. Never, ever again. It makes me very sad I have to write such a negative review.

Really good BBQ! I had the burnt ends it was delicious. Great sides and the crinkle fries are the icing on the cake… Make sure you leave room for desert.

Probably the place that I’ve eaten at the most in Summit County. Excellent food, generous portions. Frisco holds a huge bbq competition in June every year. Q4U holds down the fort the rest of the year. Keep up the good work guys!

Really solid BBQ. Had half pound brisket and half pound pork shoulder and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house sauces were quite good. The place is a really simple bbq joint and probably could use one more staffer to help the owner/manager who was really hustling. I can’t speak to the quality of sides as I didn’t have any. I would stop there on my way to my next ski trip, which is past Frisco.

Must trys: Hot BBQ sauce, baked beans. Was a bit disappointed with this place. We only tried the pork shoulder sandwich, which we thought would be more like pulled pork. But it turned out to be more like sliced pork shoulder. Although the meat was tender it wasn’t that flavorful, and it was a strange combination with the bread. You could add your own BBQ sauce(they have the normal, hot, and very hot) which made the sandwich better and wetter. We got two sides — baked beans and baked potato with butter and sour cream. The baked beans were delicious! You could really taste the smokiness of the meat that it was cooked with and each bite was delicious. I’m not a huge fan of baked beans but it would definitely be something I order again if I ever return.

We have originally been impressed… One time they even turned back on the fryers because they found out it was my birthday. We have stopped there twice in the past two months and each time there has been a handwritten sign on the door that said«Closed See You Tomorrow.» Both days: Friday September 5th and Tuesday October 28th… Not sure what is going on but they ought to fix it. We may give them one more chance but that is it. We are tired of their unpredictability of being open.

We stopped by for dinner but they said they were closed because of staffing issues. I can’t imagine if they can’t take care of their own staff how can they take care of customers…

I may not be a BBQ aficionado, but this place was very impressive. The staff knows their craft, they serve big portions for the money, and the barbecue sauce is spicy and flavorful, not just«burn your tongue» hot like some places. Not only will I be back, this place earns a permanent star on the Game Market Guru Spotlight Tour!

The burnt ends and brisket were beyond delicious, but unfortunately the peach cobbler was just so-so. Wish this place was a bit closer to home!

Got the pulled pork sandwich with a potato salad and coleslaw sides. The pulled pork sandwich came with BBQ sauce already on it. The BBQ sauce had a strong flavor of celery seed. Ask for them to hold the sauce and do it yourself. The meat was moist and well done. The smoke flavor was drowned out by the sauce, so I can not rate that. If you would consider yourself well versed in BBQ, you might want to set a correct expectation walking in. It is not the real deal. Pulled Pork — 3 stars Service — 2 Price — 2.5 Potato Salad — 2 Coleslaw — 3.5 What did I learn today? The sauce bottles on the table had ketchup in them. Taste before applying to sandwich.

If when you are setting in an establishment and everybody has something to say like«This will change your world» or «This is the best BBQ that you will ever have», that means you are setting in a pretty good eatery! Moist, delicious and plenty of BBQ. Nothing about this place screams up scale so there is no frills or fluff. Check it out while waiting for traffic to clear or just wanting to refuel after finishing that 14er
