The most worst customer service ever! Ordered a pizza at 5:38 and it is now 6:45! Wtf! I called they said the pizza guy would be here in 5 mins 6 mins past called back and they said he is in the same complex delivering. So why are you taking an hour to bring my pizza? That’s why you have my number so if anything goes wrong you can let me know right? It’s 6:47 and I’m still waiting for my pizza! And my pizza arrived. Time to eat cold pizza. Now I have to reheat my pizza in my oven! The delivery guy said he left the store 10 mins ago. So I called the manager Austin again and asked him who was lying he said the driver was. So I asked for a refund and he said it depends on my bank when will I get it. Overnight or within a week so we will see.

Terrible customer service and no dependability whatsoever. I placed an order online the night before my little girl’s birthday party. I received a confirmation email stating my order and the time the pizzas would be delivered the next day. The time was 2pm, but there was still no pizza at 230pm. I had 12 hungry toddlers and no real food to serve. I called this location, gave them my confirmation number and they told me there was NO record of my order. No order!!! Didn’t apologize, didn’t try to rectify the situation in any way and repeatedly told me the confirmation email was invalid and meant absolutely nothing. They charged my card but the order was a joke?! Why would I pay for a missing pizza order? Will never be ordering from this location again.

We ordered 1 large pizza at 11pm and was told that the pizza would be here in 40 – 50 minutes. The store is exactly 4 minutes away from our apartment. It took the delivery guy an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. We did not receive a single call letting us know the food would take a little longer than expected, which would have definitely made a difference. When he arrived, he didn’t apologize but complained about how he’s the only driver and how the manager should hire a second driver. I’ve been in the customer service industry long enough to know you should never put the blame on someone else-own up to it. What the manager needs to do is re-train his/her staff. Our pizza, btw, is completely cold.

if you tell me to come get my order at 8pm, I shouldn’t have to wait til 8:30 The manager was nice enough to offer me a free 2 liter. at last, some customer service. if you can’t get it right. address it with the customer and make it right. It’s all cool now. I am happy. great job to «Drew.» She’s a professional! I will be back!

My wife Odets a pizza before I got home. On my way I just saw the pizza deliver driver smoking with the windows up while texting on his phone, using his knee to drive. I’m sure my pizza will taste awesome and he didn’t almost cause an accident on the way. Funny seeing a pizza delivery guy driving an newer Audi.

Here to pick up a carry out chicken pineapple mushroom topping pizza. I was promptly assisted and presented with the order. Upon checking, I saw that it had good amount of pineapple chunks and mushrooms but only handful of chicken pieces. I asked the guy at the register if they were running low on chicken? He looked at the pizza and we could maybe only find 5 small pieces in the pizza. He asked his colleague to prepare another one and asked me to take both. Now waiting for the second one to see if that is any better than the first one. Just got both and second one looks so much better. Awesome job team!!!

Pretty descent for chain pizza… but I go for the breadsticks. The garlic butter sauce is a perfect condiment and that alone makes it worth eating.
