I seriously LOVE this girl! Not only does she do amazing hair and color, she makes the world better sharing her life with others. If you want a great cut and color, from a refreshing and pretty amazing individual, Brit is your girl!

She was a great stylist, and wasn’t afraid to toot her own horn. Constantly told me how amazing she was. The last time I had
my hair done she added a few more low lights than I wanted. I still had roots, and just shy of two weeks after asking around to several other stylists I decided to see if she could add a few more foils to the top. This is a common thing, and it sometimes just happens. I politely sent her a text explaining that I didn’t want to complain, but wanted to see if she could do a few more foils. I sent her pictures of my roots. A full day and a half later she responded telling me that my roots looked seamless, and I was no longer welcome as a guest and her salon. I had referred her to family members, and always tipped 20% and was on time for appointments. I was so hurt when this happened. It was the most awkward uncomfortable situation. As a customer that is spending hard-​earned money to have their hair done I should never have had to feel like that. Terrible customer service. I guess she’s so busy she doesn’t have to have good customer service, and she can pick and choose who she wants as a client. She told me she’s fired other clients as well. I guess if you go to her just make sure you don’t complain or you won’t be invited back, because you’re not a client you’re her guest, and obviously you’re privileged to be there. I had a friend that went to her, and never went back because she snapped at her. If you’re a yes person that wants to tell her how great she is then this is the place for you. If you’re a normal consumer who wants you’re moneys worth this is not your place.

This Girl is awesome!!! I have been a loyal client for over 5 years now. Brittany does a great job on everything, Cut, color, highlights, fusions, and extensions And every time you leave her you feel beautiful and like you have just left a girlfriends house. You must come see Brittany…

Brittney at OMG Hairstyles is awesome! I moved in town over a year ago and after trapsing all the way back to Austin every 6 – 8 weeks for over a year for my cut and color I finally broke down and reluctantly took a reccomendation from a coworker who has turned a ton of people on to OMG. I am pretty particular about stylists as I have very fine dirty blond hair that is VERY sensitive to overprocessing, underprocessing (brassyness) and needs just the right amount of layering. After reading the rave reviews on the website I decided to make the trek from downtown dallas to Frisco and it was totally worth it. I felt comfortable, my cut was even better than my last stylist and my highlights and color were dead on. If you can communicate what you want, Brittney can give it to you!

OMG Hairstyles ROCKS!!! I have been going to Brittney for 3 years now and there hasn’t been a haircut that I haven’t not liked! I get numerous compliments and people asking where I get my hair done. She is very reasonable (cut, color, and style for $ 125) and she usually has immediate availability!
Once I thing I do love is when you give her creative control. Give her a little direction of what you’re looking for and you will come out a looking like a ROCKSTAR! The only thing I wish could happen is have her style my hair EVERYDAY but my pocketbook can’t afford that!!!
