Terrible customer service. I went in to buy my sons Oakley backpacks for school this year and they didn’t have the pack we needed so they said we can order it in from another store. So after 2 weeks they never called me back so I call them and they don’t know anything about it. I go up there to speak with someone in charge and they say we’ll have it here in a week, a week later they’ve ordered in the wrong pack, go figure. They say they’re gonna call me when it comes in, they don’t, I call and they say it’s not in yet. This back and forth goes on and on and on for about 3 months, no joke. Long story short, the backpack never comes in and they could care less. I will never give Oakley a penny as they believe their brand sells itself and it does but just not to me.

This is a great store. The staff are friendly and make great recommendations for sunglasses. I have a large head(yes, physically too) so its hard for me to find sunglasses that look right on me. The person who helped me here was patient while I tried on a dozen sunglasses and then after asking about the sorts of outdoor activities I enjoy, made the perfect recommendation. I feel great about my purchase and won’t hesitate to go back for my next set.
