If I could give this business a no star rating I would. I ordered a sectional 1÷5÷2916 and was told it would take 12 weeks. I had to put down a deposit of 50% and wrote a check as they up charge 3% if you use a Credit card. 12 weeks came and went and when inquired they acted as if I was bothering them and it would be here soon. It did come in the next week and was delivered. I was not home @ the time and when I saw it the day the leather inserts are all different colors! I took pictures and took my check in to pay the balance with the understanding that the check was NOT to be cashed until this was resolved. A few days later I noticed the check had been cashed and when I called in to find out what was going on they told me it would be picked up and sent back. I met with the owner and asked for my check back until I got a sectional and he refused. I noticed the factory had put on order date on the sectional of 2÷23÷16 6 weeks after I actually ordered it. It makes me wonder are they playing the float with the $??? The owner said he would have a conversation with me if I did not have it by the end of May. On June 1^st I called to check on it (which I thought they may give me a courtesy call) but that would be customer service which I doubt they can even spell. I asked for the manager to call me but he did not and eventually communicated only by email. I think he’s one of those millenals running his parents business of 30 years into the ground. I had purchased furniture from them previously and had a very different experience. I did receive the sectional 6 months after I ordered it. The delivery guys were great and did a good job. I never got a call or email from the sales person or the manager asking if iI was satisfied with the final outcome. I don’t think they really care. Will I ever do business with them again. Not on your life.

We ordered custom bookcases. The sales associated was very helpful with the measurements and showed us a dining table that the bookcases would resemble. The top of the bookcase resembled the dining table, but the rest of the furniture was unfinished. It did not have the same wood or color. When we asked to have the bookcases picked up and finished at their cost we did not get any response. We were totally ignored. Once they got their full payment for the products, they wrote us off satisfied or not.

Ask about the ‘Free Delivery”. My $ 800+ purchase wasn’t qualified.
Overall Satisfied with purchase.
Showroom selections are better suited for ‘McMansion’ sized houses.
