I guess I’m low maintenance. I see the negative comments, but I’ve come here multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience. The reception is comparable to every other provider EXCEPT Verizon, who is head and shoulders above everyone. However, even Verizon has started to offer the«no contract» option now. I have been with Metro for 7 years now and I’ve never had significant issues. I will say that they have improved significantly in the past few years and are in a better position to compete technologically with other providers. I am a loyal customer.

Where do I begin? Stay where your cell plan is…,., You get what you pay for. I am saying with Verizon. The extra coin is worth every cent.

What a pain in the rear. I don’t have this company as my service provider and probably won’t EVER. I went to inquire about their services. I called the number they have listed for Frisco, Texas. I called the number all day long only to no avail. No one ever answered. I then went back to the website tonight thinking maybe I had the wrong number. Nope. So, I decided to email them to let them know they are advertising the wrong number. Ha! You either got to call them or snail mail them a letter. I’m not going to use my minutes on my phone to be re-routed and/or disconnected via telephone. If this is how they deal with folks that aren’t even their customers, I can only imagine how they deal those that are.
