Dr Holtz is great! Easy going and easy to get to know and understand. He is not judgmental and solution oriented. Nice to know you don’t feel like you will be scolded in the office.

Dr. Robert Holtz is FANTASTIC! I would recommend HIM to anyone! His assistants and office staff leave me «wanting for a better experience». Called with an issue wiht meds… NEVER received a call back… even after calling MULTIPLE times.
Front desk receptionist couldn’t keep track of scheduling a followup appt EVEN WIT ME STANDING IN FRONT OF HER. She kept making the appt for someone else!
Not a good experience!

The assistants are getting better at returning messages same day. Fortunately, I haven’t had any personal experiences with the staff being unprofessional or rude. Dr. Christina Holtz is an excellent physician too. Overall, we are happy with this practice although we don’t go in very often.

Dr. Christina Holtz is a very nice and caring doctor. I have no complaints about her and the level of care that I or my family have received from her. I have to agree with the other reviewers that some of her staff can be unprofessional and impolite. Specifically, the ladies that check the patients in and out. Phone calls are also consistently not returned.

Wow. I sincerely hope that the Doctor’s are able to read this, as they need some new staff. I am new to Frisco and am seeking a family doctor, particularly a woman who specializes in family practice. I called two weeks ago, left a message as a new patient and never heard back. I called again this morning (Dr. Holtz looks great online, so I thought I’d try, plus they take our insurance!) and have never spoken with a more unprofessional or impolite receptionist in my life. I asked if they were accepting new patients, she said yes and I asked if I could schedule an appointment. She asked what for, and I told her I was a new patient and looking for a family doctor, particularly a woman, to take on the care I was receiving from my previous doctor. When I explained what for, she made an unfortunate comment regarding my issues and explained that the doctors wouldn’t treat me.
I don’t know what kind of a practice these doctors are running, but they seriously in need of a better staff. Yikes is all I can say.
