My date ordered 2 appetizers and I ordered 2 rolls. The soft shell crab should be rename soft shell«crap». Greasy, over cooked and it looked like something I found dead near a sewer line. The avocado bomb was nothing to brag about and the only thing mildly descent was my white Tiger Roll. Can’t write about the Hamachi Heaven because it never was brought to the table. Maybe the quality was too superb that it stayed in Heaven or the waitress just forgot… lol!

I love this place! All you can eat sushi for a reasonable price??? Yes. Please. It’s delicious too. Some places I’ve been that it’s all you can eat? Nothing to write home about. Love Sushi is the real deal!

We’ve been here a couple of times and have not been disappointed. We started with the Avocado Bomb, deep fried avocado with spicy tuna & crabmeat… awesome! I had the $ 10 dinner combo with«Las Vegas» and«Spicy Tuna Crunch», and the husband tried the«Mexican» and«Louisiana» rolls, all very good and interesting combinations. We shared a side of veggie fried rice, it too was good but could have used a sauce on the side or something, a little dry. The service is attentive and helpful with the questions we had. It’s BYOB, which we did not remember from our first visit, so if you’re interested in a sake or Sapporo, don’t forget to bring your own! We would recommend Love Sushi and will definitely be back soon!

This is a favorite of mine and my family. Great, fresh sushi at good prices. Love their two for ten sushi special. Also their ahi tuna tower is to die for.

We ordered california rolls, shrimp tempura, miso soup and seaweed salad. I will skip the seaweed salad next time because it wasn’t that good. But everything else — amazing! I will be back :)

Attracted to this place from lunch special. trekked from dallas for lunch special of $ 10 ayce sushi. Food: just ok. was super excited to see large menu, but most rolls were versions of california roll. did enjoy the spicy salmon roll and fried philly roll-type one. other places in dallas have more variety if willing to pay $ 2 – 5 more for lunch Service: fast and efficient. got food quickly, drink refills on request. Bottom Line: not a bad bet if you live/work in the area and like california rolls. service is nice and food is not bad for price.

We don’t have many sushi restaurants in the area unless you count the sushi counter @ Kroger but this place is pretty good & their fish is fresh. The only downside of the restaurant is how loud the music is in there so we usually just call in the order & pick it up. The prices are very reasonable too.

I really enjoyed Love Sushi. Very exotic and unique rolls. BYOB if you like beer or wine with your meal. Great dining experience.

I love Love Sushi! I was shocked at how cute the interior is the first time I went in, with the detailed and colorful murals on the walls. This place is my secret gem, that now all of you can enjoy, because during the week for lunch is All You Can Eat Sushi! For only $ 9.99!!! You have to finish what you order though or else they will make you pay full price, which is no probs for me cause I just bring my lovely garbage disposal fiancé along who will finish off anything I can’t stuff my face with. Service is always good, and a lot of locals seem to enjoy making this spot their weekly routine as well.

I love this place. It’s not only good but also one of the most reasonably priced Japanese restaurants around. The bento boxes are particularly good. I like the salmon teriyaki bento. It comes with so much(soup, salad with ginger dressing, California roll, mixed tempura, rice and teriyaki over steamed veges. Their tempura is perfectly light and crispy(some places don’t get this right). Their service is also quick and genuinely friendly. On a Friday night, the crowd is light but steady. They have a unique 3-D wall mural which is interesting. We’ve had their rolls and sushi. The fish is fresh and the rolls are made bite-sized, not so humongous that you can’t fit it in your mouth. This place isn’t anything fancy or trendy, but it satisfies for about half the price of other places.

So. $ 10 all you can eat for lunch time is hard to beat. Don’t come here thinking you’re going to get uni or eel, because you won’t. It’s the suburbs. However, if you’re new to sushi or just craving some vinegared rice and some fillings, this is a solid place to go. I only came during the AYCE, and my friends and I had a great time. The hostess/server was a bit lackluster for the first half of our meal(she rarely smiled and looked like she wanted to be put down), but later she loosened up and joked with us. The staff keep your drinks topped off, which must be a trick to fill you up, but no complaints there. My $ 1 salmon sashimi was actually really fresh and quite large of a piece. My favorite rolls were the shrimp tempura, veggie(a surprise, since I’m a raw fish fanatic), and salmon. Most rolls have cream cheese in it, so that’ll tell you the«value» to expect here. I wish they’ll add actual eel(instead of eel sauce) into some rolls as time goes on, but otherwise you get what you pay for. The décor is… well… just go see it. It’s kind of comical at first, but then you realize they probably spent a lot of money on it. It’s… art… just go see it.

Enjoyed a quick lunch with the wife last week for the AYCE sushi lunch special. Other than not having a spicy tuna roll available, we were impressed with the options. We enjoyed edamame, veggie fried rice, and a ginger salad before moving to the sushi — everything was solid. While it’s not Tei Tei, Love Sushi provides very good sushi at an incredible price. As other have warned, order a little bit at a time to avoid being charged for anything you leave. We had to push ourselves to finish our set of rolls — the starters mentioned above almost filled us up. We’ll be back for more.

This is my favorite local Sushi place. Quality at a reasonable price. There are other Sushi restaurants around, however their food quality is inconsistent and the price is much higher.

I was stoked to try after reading some of the reviews but I was under-whelmed. The sushi was jusy okay and the service a tad awkward. I am going to try the AYCE lunch someday but for 2, our bill was $ 60 and we were just satisfied. Not outstanding.

Our big family comes back to this place over and over again. Good service, and the avocado bomb is well… da bomb! Very reasonably priced and high quality sushi, with a good mix of other dishes for the non sushi eaters in your crowd. Be sure and try the crawfish and the ex-girlfriend. One note, even though they bring you a can of soda — you can get as many as you want its unlimited. This is once a month for us.

Need a roll fix on a budget? Get here fast. Plain old Philadelphia was my fav. Also tried the Love, Hiroshima, and Healthy. $ 20 for 4 rolls; may they never change. Small dining room, friendly staff, great price point.

The thing that caught my attention here is the $ 10AYCE sushi lunch special. With the AYCE you are handed a sheet of paper and a menu with the rolls pictured. The rolls are pretty good especially considering the price. My favorite roll would have to be the Spam roll which was spam and cream cheese with crab meat wrapped in seaweed and rice and deep fried to a golden crisp. They also offer some non roll items such as teriyaki chicken and edamame on the AYCE menu. Service was good, they kept our water glasses full and didn’t hesitate when we ordered more rolls, kind of hard to believe that this place is only $ 10, will definitely be back when in the area!

$ 10AYCE lunch special FTW! I was expecting the AYCE menu to be basic rolls only, but they had some mighty tasty options on there. And LOTS of them. Came with a big party with a ton of small children. The amazing thing about this place is that there’s a tiny little«play» area with a table and some toys and books and a TV with cartoons. Perfect distraction to give you time to eat your food while the rugrats play. And out of the way of the other tables. The service is super friendly. They even brought little bowls of white rice for our toddlers which was a nice touch. The rolls were pretty good! My fave was the«healthy» roll. I also got the red snapper crunch, which was tasty. I tried my friend’s love roll, and that was delicious but HUGE and deep fried. We were warned that they charge for what you don’t finish; so we took 2 rolls off of our order and that was a good decision. I’d say if you’re decently hungry, start with 2 rolls per person. They give you full-sized 6 – 8 piece rolls. As others have said, it’s not a place for a sushi snob but the price is right and it’s kid friendly. Win-win in my book.

This place is sorta off the beaten path for the random guy that doesn’t come to this area. But I used to live out here, so it was just a quick stop to sooth my sushi craving. If you’re a sushi snob, you should stay clear. You shouldn’t come here expecting a high end experience. What you should expect is a small, friendly and economical spot to eat sushi. My most recent visit was a introduction to sushi for one of my kids. And since it was 2 rolls for $ 10, that was the smartest thing to do. If you’re looking for a bargain for lunch, they offer a $ 10 all you can eat sushi. As I said before. this is middle of the road sushi. So I gave it 3 stars based on the fact that it’s not the best and it’s not the worst. Would I come here for date night? Not my style. especially if I wanted a second date. Would I come with my family and kids. sure. It’s super casual and super relaxed.
