I’ve been paying for my daughter to participate in their clinic(which is honestly overpriced for the skills they are taught) and even though there is one nice coach, other coaches talk about the parents to the kids and put them down. I scheduled an individual lesson for my daughter to work on her serving. I requested a Friday and they called me on a Thursday at 5 and said she had to be there in 30 mins. When I explained that we had requested a Friday bc she had soccer on Thursday, the lady on the phone started yelling at me, insisting we show up bc the coach was already on her way. I told her someone should have called me sooner and I could have explained that we couldn’t do Thursdays and she replied, «We don’t make phone calls here.»(But she had just called, right? Obviously they had messed up and didn’t want to admit it.) So the next week at clinic I spoke to one of the nice coaches and asked if she could do an individual lesson. She wasn’t available the day we needed but recommended someone else and gave me all of her info for the form to submit online. Well, I had surgery that week and left the hospital a day early to get my daughter to the private lesson and when we got there, this extremely rude lady proceeded to tell me my daughter wasn’t scheduled and there was no form. She looked again and saw the form and instead of admitting she once again messed up, she said«Oh well I have no one here for her.» I asked why she was being so rude and she replied, «Thank you.» I’m serious! This really happened! Then I asked for the manager and she said, «I’m the manager. Actually, I’m the owner!» I couldn’t believe it! All the money we put into volleyball and the OWNER would talk to us like that?! We have one more week of clinic but then we will never, ever step foot in this facility again. Unless you enjoy watching your kids being ridiculed and the coaches sitting in the chairs while the girls are trying to learn new skills, this isn’t the place for you. Never, ever, in my life have I felt so insulted! Do NOT go here!!!

The coaching is good. They are teaching our daughter the basic skills that she needs as a new volleyball player in their Academy I class. They appear to have lots of students, so there is not a lot of flexibility on class make ups or age range for clinics.

This is my first negative review but I felt so many of us parents were in agreement that somebody should speak up. There are too many people crowded in for volleyball tournaments here. They should consider creating smaller pools of teams on each court so there aren’t such a large amount of people standing in the way of the narrow aisles. It is such a maze of people to get through because there’s not enough seating. it feels like it’s a safety hazard for sure, especially with the«wall nets» surrounding you. Parking was terrible and the bathrooms weren’t tended well. At least the temperature was comfortable.
