Very disappointed with the lack of service today. I took my vacuum in on Monday at 9:30am and Taylor said that they would call; it should be ready by the end of the day as they were not backed up. So at 5pm, I stopped by on my way home from work and Taylor apologized and said his manager did not come into work so no work was done but that she was working tomorrow and assured me it would be ready. He stated he was new and just learning so he could not work on it. So at 2:30pm today, I still had not heard anything so I called and the lady I spoke with was flippant and stated that it had only been here for a day… no you had it all day yesterday and all day today with no status updates or resolution. She said, «so do you want us to look at it or not?» That is not the customer service level I have experienced in the past. Disappointed.
