I had been a customer there for 6 years and never had a problem. A few times they made some mistakes and corrected them. I brought in my usual items for dry cleaning a few weeks ago. Got my order back and noticed I was missing a top. One of my favorite tops. I asked him if he could find it for me and he said he would try. I came back a few days later, to ask if he found my top yet and told me that I was wrong and a liar! I fought with him for about 10 minutes over him losing my top. He never offered to fix this situation, and continued to tell me that I was wrong. So, I walked out, told him that he lost a long time customer, and still never offered to make the situation better.

I had a similar experience as Lora R. I’ve been going here for over five years. I don’t dry clean a lot, but when I do it was always for convenience sake(closest). They are a bit more expensive than other dry cleaners, but tout a green(no chemical… blah blah) cleaning method. That didn’t matter to me b/c again – convenience. Anyway, earlier this week I took a Hugo Boss dress shirt that had been cleaned there about 4 weeks prior. When I got around to wearing it on a business trip 2 weeks ago, there was a burned in like blemish on the sleeve. I couldn’t tell if it was a stain or a burn, but either way it happened at the cleaners. That I know for certain because I always check my shirts before cleaning(to avoid stains setting in if there happen to be any). Anyway, they sent it off to get cleaned again but it was unsuccessful. I asked for reimbursement and they tried to tell me it was cleaned there over a year and a half ago and therefore they couldn’t do anything about it. At that point we had a «language barrier» and they just kept repeating themselves. They claimed there was a tag on the shirt when I returned it and that corresponded to a cleaning over a year and a half ago, but I specifically remember there was no tag on the shirt because I tore it off in my hotel room when I went to put it on. Bottom line, they DON’T stand behind their product and could care less about customer service.

Friendliness is NOT a stong point in this business. I have gone here for 5 years, and continue to do so because it is so hard to find a decent dry cleaners. They also have all natural cleaning(a plus). However, the coldness of the employees(especially one female) could freeze hell over. My mother-in-law went here for me a few months ago and she even commented to me about the coldness of this one female employee who is always there. I believe this employee must be related to the owner-surely they wouldn’t keep her otherwise. Is it really that hard to smile and say hello when a customer comes in?
