I probably go this Kroger 1 – 2 a week. They have basically everything I need to cook for my family. Since this is a Marketplace Kroger, it has more than what I need! Anyway, I typically get some good deals coming here, especially if you use the Kroger app and the plus card. According to the workers, as long as my card is linked to my app, which it is, the discounts should automatics be taken off & coupons are automatically applied. This is the 2nd time that this hasn’t happened. Of course, I don’t notice until I get home. Their produce isn’t as fresh as it should be. Like… flies free and no mold would be good. I was going to buy the mini sweet peppers since they were on sale but every bag I picked up, I could see a pepper that had mold on it. The bell prepackaged bell peppers had those fruit flies, I believe, flying inside the bag. Every single garlic I picked up had black spots on them. In other news, I absolutely love their tea! This Kroger is ok but I’ve had better grocery experiences at Central Market or Marketstreet but they’re just too far.

Customer service is just terrible. The guy working at the meat counter between 4:00 and 8:00 pm on 12/22/2015 refused to cut a smaller bone-in prime rib roast. The smallest he had was 10 lbs. This was AFTER he had sent my wife home with a boneless prime rib that he packaged and labeled as bone-in. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the store from Prosper to return it. I was then told they would not cut a smaller bone-in roast. 15 minutes later I was at Market Street and they had plenty of 4, 5, 6 lb and even larger bone-in prime rib roast. I’m done with Kroger. I’ll use Walmart curbside pickup along with Costco and Market Street for my meat from now on. The meat attendant(I won’t call him a butcher because he would not cut meat) claimed«they told me I cannot cut them.» Well«they» are really mismanaging this store. What a great policy to force your customers to go to a competitor’s store when you could have just divided one of the 5 larger roasts that you already had.

Great Kroger. Great and helpful staff. Many promos are worked on by MGMT and they show in terms of product promotions or special events. The deli folk are great as well, as they cook some good value eats in the neighborhood. Thanks again guys!

Well, I avoided this store at all cost for over a month and just stopped in the other day(in a hurry) to pick up a couple of things I needed and I had a really good visit. There were two gals who were more-than-helpful in the deli AND I am raising this for the star teller at the front by the name of Garret. He is always efficient and upbeat. I went back two times and had nice encounters. I am raising from 1 to 2 stars. Model your new hires after Garret. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — This store lacks in customer service. I agree with Drew G. you can feel the employees hatred of the store. The majority of these folks are only there for a pay check a little Prozac would liven some of them up. The area most bothersome are the cashiers/baggers at the front There is a flat defiance at times — even coldness at the front. Todays example was requesting a bagger place a light bulb(duh!) in another bag without the two cans of whip cream. She put them in one bag and wouldn’t do it?! It took the cashier to tell her — she apparently did not like my husband requesting she do so. These people need to understand without the customer they have no job. I told my husband for now on we are driving to Market Street or Walmart where the customers are valued.

I generally like Kroger but this one is my favorite. It’s well organized with extras that you won’t find at other grocery stores — like clothing, some furniture, bath towels and many other things. It also has an excellent deli and natural food section. The employees are helpful and cheerful and just pleasant to be around. The people back in the meat and seafood sections know their products and are helpful. I especially like the option of having them steam your seafood for you if you are in a hurry.

Really bad at night. No carts–«you might be able to find one over there, that’s all we have». Depleted inventory, dirty, etc. I have plenty of time to write this as the cashier waits for help from apparently non-existent management.

This is a really big Kroger with more than just food. It’s kind of like a Wal-Mart, in that it has clothing and housewares and all different kinds of things. The people are always really nice and they seem to have enough people working all the time(unlike Wal-Mart). The meat and produce sections are big and well stocked, which I like. I really like coming to this Kroger.

Store has an identity problem, and surly employees(their hatred of the store is palatable. Is the a good grocery store? Meh, judged from the produce — bad. Meat, okay. Is it a good furniture store? Who goes to Kroger to buy the latest pressed particleboard dressers? It’s all garbage. Jewelery store? Why??? Clothes??? Seriously? Pick an identity and stick with it.

Very nice store. I was greeted by many employees as I was walking the store. I did not know where something was an employee walked me to the spot. Now that’s good customer service. Oh and I love the clothes. I could go broke in the clothes aisle. Note to self, Keep moving don’t stop to browse and only buy whats on the list. Like that will ever happen lol.

Used to like this store. BUT, since they added clothes, it’s a real MESS. And the clothes are cheaply made, and WAY overpriced!!!$ $ 40 for a tee shirt??? Seriously??? Lines are long, staff standing around, it feels like walmart now,! What happened to my nice store? Nobody knows where ti find stuff and the staff you hunt down now, all answer«dunna know». Not happy with this«improved» setup. Used to be if there was more than 3 people in a line, they called for more help. I asked 3 staffers, who were doing nothing together, Can you open another line? Each line was 6 to 9 people deep and they were pushing the self serve. That crap never works right and just makes me angry and frustrated. This crop of NEW staffers are NOT helpful, seems ti be more important things to do on their phones, or gossiping about what happened at high school. If they could move things along at the same time, i could care less. Tip, if we don’t shop here and take the money elsewhere, you may find that you can devot ALL your time to your friends. Thank heavens we now have a Sprouts and a Trader Joe’s !!!

This is my go to Kroger, first off it’s a super Kroger the first of its kind in my area. It’s always clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly. They use to have Seattle’s Best Coffee inside, but it’s now a Starbucks. They also have a jewelry store and sell furniture at this location. The pharmacy is always quick when it comes to getting rx filled.

This Kroger is Ginormous! I guess for me it was daunting to find everything I wanted because it was so big. So, it was not an in and out real fast kind of place. If I shopped there all the time then I would know where stuff is and would make items easier to find. The really odd thing is the milk was way back in the far corner of the store. So, it took me while to find that.

This is my go to market since it is located literally across the street. They have a great produce section with fresh fruits and vegetables. I love their fresh squeezed orange juice. They have fresh made sushi, a deli, bakery and salad bar. If you are in a hurry or have no time to cook, you run in and grab something ready to eat. There is a large section of organic and health food items as well for us health conscious people. I was surprised to see that this store sells furniture and household items as well just like your local Target or Walmart store. Makes it convenient should you need something and don’t have time to drive down to either of those stores.

This Kroger is very clean. I go all times of the day, I’ve been as early as 7:30 in the morning to about 12:00 in the afternoon and the store is always clean. I love the variety of things in this store, they even have furniture. Very nice furniture might I add. Every cashier I’ve been to, they’re always nice, always greet me in a good mood and they almost always have a smile on their faces.

This store really needs to work on it’s customer service. Not sure what caused the sour faces & bad attitudes by some of the employees today, but please… if you don’t like working there just resign & leave and let someone else have an opportunity to keep the Kroger brand strong.

So upset with the bakery! They are extremely rude! They messed up the cake and charged me more than they usually charge. Manager’s excuse was that they charge extra for the toy kit. Since when? I purchase cakes every year for my children’s birthday. First time they charged me extra. They don’t even say that they charge extra. Never going back to the bakery!

Nice, well stocked grocery store. Very busy, but always is well staffed for checkout. A little bit of a pain to get out of the parking lot if going north.

Grocery Store List: 1. Eggs 2. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with«The Mother» included 3. Milk 4. Ashley brand sofa and loveseat with matching coffee and side tables 5. Chicken 6. 4 carat diamond engagement ring 7. Yogurt 8. Room divider apparatus with a panda eating bamboo leaves painted on it 9. insert food item here 10. insert furniture/home décor item here If your average grocery list looks similar to mine, this store is perfect for you! They have everything! Even sometimes when I’m browsing the clearance rack, I find random items of clothing on sale. No idea where they came from, but that just proves my point that this Kroger has everything. Probably my favorite Kroger location in the area. The cashiers are always friendly and whenever lines get slightly long, they always send out a few more to help out. They’ve got a great selection of international foods(none from Hawaii though, *arms crossed*). They have an even better selection of healthy/organic/natural foods. And men when you’re here, remember that there is a Fred Meyer Jewelers up front near the entrance, and us ladies like sparkly things. Just sayin’.

Only in Texas I guess would you find a grocery store that sells home furnishings(furniture, dishes, carpeting, towels, etc.) and groceries! I could not stop laughing when I saw a fraction of the store was home furnishings. The grocery selection is amazing, produce, meats, cheese’s, you could spend hours upon hours in this place and still forget what you came for if you didn’t have a list.
