Frisco Mini Molars

This office practices predatory billing practices. After I paid my bill onsite and my insurance paid the other portion they proceeded to keep billing additional money owed. The amount which is less then $ 250. I called at the time and left a message indicating that I was being unfairly billed. Over 2.5 years later they have now placed a negative file against my credit report. I am in the process of disputing this but I would never recommend anyone go there for any service what so ever.

The staff here is SO friendly. I always feel so welcomed when I come in for a visit. They are not only friendly, but we’re knowledgable and great with kids.

I took my 2 year old daughter here for the first time to get her teeth cleaned. I was nervous about how she would react and a bit hesitant at first. The overall office is adorable and has a very warm and inviting feel. The ladies at the front desk were sweet and attentive. I was immediately greeted upon entering the office and waited only 5 minutes to be called back for the cleaning. My daughter was scared at first, but immediately got distracted by the (fake) huge, over-​sized tooth the assistant showed her to demonstrate what she would be doing today. She loved brushing the tooth with the huge toothbrush and felt comfortable enough to lay back in the chair. Flat screen TV are located on the ceiling playing kids’ cartoons, which helped ease her nerves further. The dentist came in to talk to me after the cleaning and was very congenial. Dr. Mitchell answered all my questions, gave me helpful tips to try at home, and even spoke to my little girl. Highly recommend Dr Mitchell and her team of professionals!

I took my 18 month old daughter here today for her first time meeting the dentist and having her teeth cleaned. The front staff were super friendly and the dentist along with the assistant were great! They made sure they played with my daughter and made her comfortable before they cleaned her teeth. Even though my daughter screamed the whole time her teeth were being cleaned … the dentist and assistant didn’t seem bothered by her and didn’t complain. They kept talking to her and didn’t make me feel awful for having a screaming baby! They made me comfortable and my daughter. I will recommend Frisco Mini molars to all my friends with young children.
