Frisco Dermatology Laser and Surgery Center

We go there for three week. dr Lucy just guess and try and never found a solution. we change to another doctor and for one time the doctor get us better.

Dr. Lucy Li is so great! I’ve been seeing her for over a year and she has made such a dramatic difference with my skin. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and and see her just as quickly once I’m in a room. I highly recommend Frisco Dermatology Laser and Surgery center!

This practice is rated five stars with respect to the wait times! I have never been in the practice more than 30 minutes. I literally take a quick break from work to run to the practice! The front office staff has always been nice, professional and quick to welcome you into the practice. The technology for paperwork is speedy and great!
I really like the PA, Brad that I saw. My first visit was with Dr. Li. She was nice, but I didn’t feel a connection with her. That said, I explained my concerns and she prescribed medication that has done the trick to turn my issue around. As a follow up, I was scheduled to see Brad. He was attentive very personable and asked questions unlike Dr. Li. He’s super sweet and my preference is to stay with him. Not sure if my issue is too mild for Dr. Li to continue to see her on an ongoing basis, however I’m glad I saw Brad.
The one thing that will likely occur is that you will be up sold on facial products at checkout, assuming your condition warrants it. The cost is not inexpensive. I realize this is an additional way to increase revenue, but I’m not I the mood for that. This is in part why I rated the practice a four as well as Dr. Li.
On the whole, the practice is very nice and clean and would recommend to others.

The Staff is friendly and personable. Dr Mary is my Dermatologist and she is thorough with her exams. I have been coming to their Frisco office for over a year now and intend to keep using them.
If I had one complaint it would be their phone answering system. I would like to get to a person sooner. Other than that, great working with them.

The staff is great. We loved the Doctor, PA and nurses. They were very friendly and caring. The only complaint was the front desk clerk with glasses and long dark hair could be a little friendlier, as she is dealing with sick people that are sometimes in pain. Overall, a good experience!

Posh waiting room with chlidren’s play den, leather seats, flat screens. Good place to buy cream n lotions, lots of samples.

I have been coming here for about seven months ever since I started breaking out in skin rashes. The good thing about this place is that they can usually fit you in for same-​day appointments. I have used their services for dermatology, allergy, and laser hair removal. I like the facility because they are flexible with their schedule. You may not want to expect to see an actual doctor, more than likely you’ll just see a physician assistant. They do charge $ 25 if you fail to cancel an appointment within 48 hours. Other than that those are the things to be mindful of, but I have gotten really good results with them. One suggestion I would make is to better explain results to your patients. I have found it hard to get my results explained quite a few times. They are very nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them

I originally saw Dr. Li and was very impressed with her and the time she spent with me. However lately, I would have to say I am less than impressed and will most likely never return. The front desk attendant in the Frisco office is rude, very unhelpful, uncaring and could care less to hear your situation. She definitely leaves you with the impression you interrupted her by walking in the front door.
Billing is insulting and refused to give me charges in advance. They literally made me come in, see the Dr./P.A. before they would give me estimated charges on predetermined services. She repeatedly told me to call my insurance company if I need to know my benefits. Heck… I know my benefits! They set the charges! I was calling in advance for my charges due to the fact the previous visit they pushed me through, said I need to definitely have very suspicious mole removed and removed it never discussing charges (which I understand is partly my responsibility). When I checked out they wanted $ 700 payment in full and was not willing to work with me on payments. Beware!
I will not be back!

This clinic was the worst experience that I had in years. If you want to be insulted and ignor then this is your place. I had some issue that i wanted to discussed with management. Three times ignor with promisses that someone would call you.
Billing was extremely insulting. Save your self the stress and pick someone that cares.

Our pediatrician recommended that I bring my daughter here a few mos back and since they were sooo sweet with her I thought why not come here for part 1 of mommy makeover. I saw Katie. She was very nice and as women totally understood my concerns. She had me PEGGED the second she walked in the door! LOL It was like she could finish my sentences! The front office staff was quick to get me in and were also very cheery. I later found out that my father in law’s Dr also recommend Frisco Dermatology to him as well!
