I can echo the fantastic reviews! I had the Reuben sandwich (not big on cheese and sauerkraut, so even though a nice sweet/​sour twist I pulled most of it off the huge sandwich). It came with super, interesting (in a good and creamy way) potato salad, deep fried pickle spear, and a couple of chips (maybe taro)? Truly excellent.
Husband got the chicken in a sort of Mexican sauce with large corn kernels and black beans which tasted fresh and light. However, the giant corn kernels are kinda hard. I don’t think we’d get it again, mainly because everything else on the menu looked so good to try instead.
The dessert was a-​maze-​zing. We got a chocolate cake with homemade gelato. Holy god in heaven. I’m coming back!

Fantastic food here. Everything is made to order. Their bread is made fresh every day. The staff are courteous and helpful. They will go out of their way to accommodate any specific food needs you have. The atmosphere is very quaint and very pleasant.

Went here for dinner with my family on the way to Keystone from Breckenridge and we were very pleased! We love a healthier dinner option and this restaurant gave us that without comprising flavor. Our dishes were phenomenal and the service was great! A nice hidden gem in CO! Definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

We just ate lunch here. The service was polite and prompt. The whole place was very clean. The food was delicious. We had soups, which were flavorful without being salty. The Caesar salad was fresh. The Reuben was tasty and a very generous portion. We will definitely be stopping here again!

This is a locals favorite– true hidden gem in the middle of frisco. It’s location and outside appearance are very misleading. Once inside– you know you are in for a fine dining experience. The presentation, and service are top quality… and our entire lunch party had to refrain from making awkward noises after each bite. The Rueben was one of the best I have ever had. Thank you food hedz!!! Big city fine dining in the mountains. See you again soon!

The Ruben was hands down the best Reuben I’ve had to date! The kraut had a perfect vinegar flavor while mildly al dente and the corned beef was cooked to perfection. The sandwich had a perfect pairing with the warm potato salad and a fried pickle. A+ lunch!

Only open fir lunch 11:00 — 3:00 Tuesday — Saturday because their catering business is going crazy. For good reason best Reuben ever! The garden perspective was also awesome worth the trip wherever you are.

Chicken salad really wasn’t great. Wasn’t bad, but not good. Only had a couple cranberries or cherries and it was just very plain. Chicken bites were a bit chewy. Bread was great. Way too pricey for what we got.

Food Hedz catered our reception at BlueSky Breckenridge. I was told by several guests «best wedding food I’ve ever had.» They did our cake as well, and it was amazing. Sara is great to work with, responds to questions very quickly by phone or email. Pricing on the food and alcohol was reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in the world. The ruben sandwich is not only the best sandwich I have ever eaten, it’s also one of the best meals that I have eaten, period. I didn’t know that corned beed could be that good. I am disappointed by every other ruben that I try, because it doesn’t even come close to Foodhedz. The salmon is always amazing, as is everything that they do. They really care about every dish, every ingredient and every customer. Even the coffee was top notch.

We really enjoyed the fish special (Alaskan cod), the delicious cole slaw, and pasta salad. Everything is made from scratch including the tasty warm homemade bread. The service was superb. Jody was our waitress and was very nice and attentive .
We saw chef David cooking and his wife Patti went around checking to make sure everyone was enjoying their food. This is a delightful café and we highly recommend it.

Seems odd to say that a place often open only for lunch in a strip-​mall is one of the best restaurants in Frisco but that is very much the case w/​Foodheadz wide ranging reasonably priced food and wine menu’s are the start but this is genuinely good food in a mountain town, over the hill in Vail they could charge $ 50+ a plate.

I have been enjoying Foodhedz for years and the dishes have always been fresh, varied and consistently delicious.
Lunch is a bargain compared to their dinner prices, but you won’t leave hungry. Each meal includes fresh baked bread and there are usually two homemade soups.
Menus change with the seasons and are a superb example of ‘farm-​to-​table’ cuisine. Chef David and his team highlight on the quality of each ingredient.
Don’t be turned off by the strip-​mall exterior nor the simple Café sign out front.
The food and service speaks volumes about the passion of this husband and wife operation. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable, but it’s obvious Foodhedz focuses on delivering out of this world cuisine.

Lots of food for not a lot of money!
The egg Benedict was amazing. Lots of hollandaise sauce and perfect portion of ham. The potatoes were crispy and not soggy which I loved. Anytime we are in town we will definitely stop here.

Located in a shopping plaza only labeled «Café»… This restaurant is one of our favorite places to eat in CO. Right of I-​70, it’s a quick place to stop for wine/​beer, great food and outstanding service.
My hubs had a salmon entrée with udon and tempura veggies, and I had a shrimp, scallop, crab pasta in this AMAZING spicy marinara. I wanted to bathe in it. Top it with fruit beignets with brittle icecream and caramel, it was a meal to beat. I highly recommend if you’re in Frisco or on your way on I-​70.
