Keep looking if you need an effective pool service. It’s sadly the poorest experience I’ve had in 15 years of pool ownership. EPS was contracted by AHS as their service provider and they they missed their appointment day and sent someone that didn’t have DE to do the filter service work requested. In addition they assessed the filter as being clogged when I had already backflushed it. That was all I needed to know. Try Aqua Air and be comfortable you’re dealing with an experienced professional team.

Home warranty company contracted with Everclear to look at some equipment issues with my pool. The girl who scheduled the appointment couldn’t really pin down a day or time that a tech would be out to look. I didn’t hear anything back from them so I called and the person in the office couldn’t tell me anything and needed to talk to the tech. After several days I heard back from the home warranty that they wouldn’t pay for the repairs because the damage didn’t fall into the warranty guidelines. Not a the end of the world but even the warranty company didn’t have a good handle on what the problem was that the tech reported. My intent was to hire Everclear to do the repairs if the warranty company didn’t cover it but because I could never get a return call or any clear information about what my equipment issue was I’m going to give the job to someone else.
