No stars. Not even half of one. Yesterday I used the CVS app to transfer my RX from another state. Hours later when it said they would be ready, I came in to pick them up. The cashier couldn’t find them or me. I go to the drop off line for them to manually transfer them. One wasn’t in stock but he said it would be ready today by 5 today. An hour or so later, I get a voicemail saying they received the fax to transfer but couldn’t do it. So I freak out and call them. Again, the same cashier couldn’t find me. So instead of transferring me to someone competent, she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back only to be told everything was fine. I come in at 6 today and are they ready? Nope because insurance won’t cover it. They could have told me this yesterday when I was in the store, yesterday on the phone or they could have called today. I tell them I need it anyway and wait YETAGAIN for it to be filled. Never again will I come back to this unorganized, inefficient sham of a CVS again. I hope someone from corporate sees this and cleans house in that sad store.

I went to the pharmacy after I took my daughter to the nearby emergency care place. We needed a prescription filled. I waited in line for about 5 five minutes while the employee was on the phone. Then another employee came and helped me. After looking up my info, she said she couldn’t find me in the system and since they were closing, she couldn’t help me. She said, «It’s 9:00 now and we are closed.» I had been in line for five minutes and then spent several minutes talking to her, so I told her I had clearly been here at least ten minutes before closing and could you please fill my daughter’s pain prescription because we were leaving town the next morning. She went and talked to the pharmacist, an African American lady, and she came and told me the same thing, «We are closed now and we can’t help you.» I was stunned and told them that this was the worst customer service ever. There was a lady standing behind me in line. As I walked out, they helped the lady behind me. The bottom line was they didn’t want to enter me in the system because it was close to closing time and I might have caused them to be an extra ten minutes late. Unbelievably horrible customer service! When I got back to my car, it was 9:02!

First let me say in was forced by insurance to use a cvs pharmacy… which I left years ago because they are not great. But I needed to pick up my daughters meds which we are out of as today and this would have been my first pick up there… and they close at 6pm on Saturday’s and Sundays. The store is open but not the pharmacy. I mean really. hate this already hate my insurance for forcing me to use this pharmacy. ugh!

This review is for the pharmacy. Every time I come to pick up a prescription, I call first to make sure it’s ready. Im told it is ready so I head to the pharmacy. When I go to the drive thru window they always ask me to circle around to allow them to wait on the people in cars behind me. So I have a 45 minute wait. This is after I’ve already been at the front of the line for 40 minutes. They need to train the staff. They also don’t have prescriptions that are called in. They argue with you to say that the doctor lies about calling it in. When the doctor is a family member at home I know this is false. Many hours go by and they claim to check the vm fax Etc but that’s not the case. Everyone I talk to has a problem with cvs. If we all posted our concerns maybe they would do something about it

Sometimes employees need to realize they have a job. Ignoring a customer while he is waiting to have someone acknowledge him is rude. Especially when there are 4 employees behind the counter talking to each other.

With so many pharmacies in the area, I wonder why these guys are notoriously slow. I was the only one in drive thru, but after being told to wait, I finally left after 12 minutes! Unacceptable service. Will NOT go back for prescriptions.

This location is a little odd to get to but it’s a great spot to pick up candy before a movie in Frisco Square! They only seem to have one or two workers at the register so plan on waiting for a bit to check out. I have only been in for candy but the store is a good size and offers all the normal CVS products.

My daily Muscle Milk injection! Thank you CVS for being on every corner in the Metroplex and always giving me a nice warm welcome when I come through the doors.
