Love love Dr Ratcliff! He’s great with kids, seniors, and all ages in between. Super patient and helped me understand how my special need qualified for vision correction covered at 100% when my previous opthmologist had not.

Very nice looking office. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ratcliff went above and beyond in making sure my examination was thorough. He took a lot of time getting my retinal images right and explaining what he saw (I have a long history of issues with my retina). Received my new glasses in a timely manner and I love the style and lightness of the frames. I would recommend these guys to friends and family for sure.

Dr. Ratcliff is very thorough and explains everything so that you are able to understand it. I have a family history of eye problems (glaucoma, cataracts, etc.) but I feel comfortable knowing that Twenty20 has the most updated tests and technology available (I really enjoyed looking at the pictures of the back of my eye). Their staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when picking out frames. Their office is very clean and cozy, located across from Starbucks. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratcliff and I will definitely be returning to Twenty20!
