I seriously hate when stores do not open on time. It’s rude and inconsiderate of the customer’s schedule. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. To make matters worst nobody seems apologetic for the tardiness. Not friendly at all.

This place. I went here looking for a suit. I have lost a lot of weight recently and had no idea what size I am! I was in a frazzled mess and lady who worked there asked me if I needed help. So I told her yes and I was trying to find suits in my size. So she asked me «is there anything you like» in this huge section. Um yes… She then wandered off somewhere and I never saw her again. So I took some things to the dressing room and nothing was fitting right! I am short with a large chest and I was starting to feel like Danny Devito! And side note, WHYARETHEFITTINGROOMSSOHOT!!! So I asked the lady who made a fitting room for me if I could run and get a different size? Her name was Ashley and she was the sweetest girl ever. She said she would go grab me some sizes and brought all these different sizes and Called to see if any were in the back in short length, she brought out bunch of shirts and belts and was my savior!!! We eventually found the right size and fit and left me with a pleasant experience! I asked her if I could use her name to give her commission and she said they didn’t get commission! I was like omg you just like your job??? Express should really make the people in the store have a more helpful attitude! I was so close to walking out!

I must admit Express lacked customer service skills today. Extremely long lines w/only 3 people working.

The workers here are so rude! Me and my relatives(many of them) were visiting, and we heard some workers say«That’s a lot of kids.» And started laughing very loud. Also, the store is not that organized compared to the Expresses I have been to.

The music is a little loud and the clothes are expensive, but they last and they’re classic styles that you can wear forever.

Baybrook Mall has the best Express Clothing store than all the others that I’ve been to in the Houston area. I’ve visited Pearland Town Center, the Galleria, First Colony Mall, Deerbrook Mall, and the Woodlands Mall. All the other stores don’t have the level of friendliness, helpfulness, and patience that the managers and workers here at Baybrook do. Even when it comes to closing time, most other Express stores will turn off their music. Some even turn off their A/C too just to rush you out the store!!! Yikes… please don’t, especially when I’m in the dressing room. Not at Baybrook! They keep the music jamming, the air flowing, and even continue helping me as I rush to try on that last shirt I couldn’t decide on. The quality of the clothes at Express is much better than my other stores that I regularly shop at(Charlotte Russe, Forever21, and A’gaci). Also, their skirts are more fitted to my skinny legs than the ones at Banana Republic. I’m such a loyal customer that a lot of the employees remember both me and the hubby and even know my name! I’m trying to cut down on my spending, so now I’m mostly down to just browsing and dropping a hello to the familiar faces. It is best to join their E-mail club for the latest deals and coupons, and to get a $ 10 gift card on your b-day! Another site that sometimes has the latest coupons for Express is at: Most of my Express clothes have been FREE!.. and I’m not talking about the five-finger discount. Through my Discover Credit Card, I redeem points for $ 50 gift cards to Express and use those in conjunction with coupons I get both in mail & E-mail! :)
