The Furniture Mart – Fridley

Stay away from this location… They do not even deserve this one star. Rude from the sales rep «Katy» to the Manager «Manny». Walking into a discounted furniture store you know to expect not the greatest customer service, but you do expect some common courtesy. I ordered a dining table, sofa and loveseat back in November… Paid a good amount in cash for my items and It is now January and still have not received my sofa. Katy was beyond rude but no one else would help us because she was already so call «helping» us. It makes me upset that she gets commission for treating us so rudely. Was assured by her that all three pieces would be delivered by Dec 8^th. Was overcharged on my loveseat had to call back and still had to «provide proof» of promised price (lucky that I took a picture of the price tags). I made over 4 different calls to follow up with my sofa… Was told a different story each time. Took a half day off work today because I was promised that my sofa would be delivered between the hours of 10 – 1 and it’s still not here.
