I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst salon/​spa I have ever been to. From booking my appointment to leaving my service, every minute was awful. Do not waste your money. I have been twice for a gel manicure and it was a big mistake. Don’t get me wrong, both ladies were very nice, but clearly did not know what they were doing. One time it took an hour just to get my polish off. Nail polish all over my cuticles, gobs of polish, uneven, and chips off. Just awful. I demanded my money back. This last time the woman at the counter handed me a business card and said someone would call me within 48 hours when I asked for a manager. I said absolutely not, I said I was not leaving without my refund, she finally went back and had the assistant manager speak with me.
