Small place that has about 7 – 8 lanes. The owner is nice and friendly and we played a few games on a Saturday. The place could use a bit of TLC. All of the tv’s are incredibly old and some were hard on the eyes to watch. And it boggles my mind why the software to run the scoring system is still from the 1970’s. The only downside was that they do not have an alcohol license so no drinking. Maybe that raised our scores.

San Juan Island is too small to have such a nice bowling alley, but it does. Sometimes there’s a restaurant, sometimes it goes out of business… all part of the small town world. But the bowling alley is first rate!

It is a combo bar/restaurant/bowling/arcade, and it does fairly well at all of these roles. Has Pinball(Shrek), which is always a plus. OK fish and chips. Friendly folks.

We ate at the restaurant here for lunch. It was OK. The chicken noodle soup was too salty, but the salads were standard, and my lunch partner’s marinara and cheese(and whatever else) sandwich was passable. They were friendly enough, which is always a plus.
