Window Genie of Fresno

Great service. Needed to have my mother’s windows cleaned prior to a family gathering. Window Genie was so easy to schedule. They were on time, quiet, clean and courteous. Window sparkled when they were finished. I found them on Groupon. Price is fair if you find a discount coupon. I will use them again.

I called Window Genie after reading good Unilocal reviews and finding a Groupon for a $ 50 discount. Michael and Brandon came out and did all 17 windows, inside and out, as well as cleaning outside tracks and screens. They were courteous and professional and did a great job, even adding some extra elbow grease for hard water stains. The only negative is that our side gate was not closed when they left. Fortunately there was no problem but I wish they would have checked one last time before leaving.

I recently moved to Fresno and the builders left some really dirty windows for me when i moved in. Michael and Brandon came out to my house yesterday and did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They were quick and professional. Also liked that they gave me a can of their window cleaning product for free. I will be using them again in the future.

The crew did an amazing job of cleaning my windows! They kept me updated with phone calls and left a note at the end. I had arranged for the extended cleaning on one of my windows that had excessive water spots, but after the crew tried their extra-​strength cleaning, they learned that some of the water spots were etched into the glass. Even though the crew attempted the extra cleaning on one of my windows, I wasn’t charged for it. My other windows looked absolutely amazing. Price was great and service was exceptional. I will definitely use Window Genie again.

We’re prepping to get the house ready for sale. I was running out of time and energy to do all the ‘honey-do’s’. I Unilocaled for help and found Window Genie.
I went to their website,
and requested a quote there. Jordan called me the next day to give me the basic quote and then we set up a date for them to come out and do the job. Jordan and Brandon arrived in the Window Genie van as arranged and even called on the way to remind me. He counted the windows (19) and gave me a quote for both the windows and power washing. We agreed and they went to work.
Took them 2+ hours to do everything with their top of the line equipment. They went over the windows very thoroughly to get both inside and outside spots cleaned up. When it was done, they walked me around to ensure I was satisfied.
Jordan gave me the invoice and I paid, they cleaned up and were gone. The house looks so much better and the windows are terrific.
