I don’t even want to provide this company with one star!!! But in order to provide a review I unfortunately have to. This company is rude, unethical and completely taking advantage of anyone that has gotten their car towed by them! I highly recommend taking your business else where!

This company was ridiculous and completely unethical. I highly recommend that no one do business with this company. They were rude and refused me access to my own vehicle. They refused to answer any of my calls and were unprofessional. I would take ANY towing company over this one. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and filing a complaint. I hope I can save someone the hassle I have had with them. 1 star is too high of a rating, 0 would be more appropriate.

I live in a apartment complex & I needed someone towed out of my parking stall. The tow company told me 30 mins or less… its was over an hour and still weren’t there. When I called to check to see how much longer, the call went to voicemail. This tow company’s # is a cell phone number. They called me back 20 mins later and I told them that the person already left and told them that the estimated time was way beyond what they told me, he hung up on me before I could finish.
