The Home Depot

The Home Depot location is sort of on the smaller side. They never have any patio tables/​furniture on display.

Place is hit and miss depending on who is working at that time. The younger employees seem to run away when you need help finding something. Stuff is out of place most of the time. Good thing they have some older folks worker there to keep the place together.

I had such a horrible experience at this Home Depot. I don’t recommend it if you want help. I came here to pick up a few supplies. So anyways one the supplies that I was getting was paint for the interior walls. As soon as I got done picking the color I wanted I waited near the stand for nearly 25 mins. I could of at least got an acknowledgement and at least say I will be right with you. It felt very rude I mean I am a very patient person but to top it off this man never looks at me tells one of his co-​worker he has to clock out. Wow! The nerves of this man. If he had to clock out that is fine but at least say hi and tell me that she can help me once she is finish or something. I then get help from the lady which is a bit relieving. I mean it took her a while but at least it was better then the man’s welcoming arms.
Once I was finish with the paint department I went to the lumber section just to get a wooden panel but it had to get cut for the purpose of my need. I waited another 20 mins for help but then couldn’t wait no more and went to go get help on my own. That man says he will get to me once he is done but never does get back. So now I have to go to another department for help and sadly enough he doesn’t know how to use the saw machine. One employee walks on by and he asks him if he can quickly cut the board. The man tells him he has to clock out. Well I am not surprised at this moment. That guy that was helping actual helped and went out of his way to grab somebody to help. So another guy comes and cuts the board in nearly 5 seconds. So the guy who had to clock out couldn’t spend 5 seconds of his work time to help was the moral of that mini story. Anyway overall experience was a waste of time and bad customer service. I been to better Home Depots and would rather go to another competitors shops. The end.

Matt from the paint department got my paint right on and all i brought in where a few 5 mm paint chips that chipped off the wall. Great service

Pleasant staff that is willing to help. I always get a smile when I go in and the staff seems to remember me for the most part. Both male and female staff members know where things are for the most part and the employees are good at keeping things in stock.

Stores Clean compared to most.
