If you have a PC problem (don’t know if they do macs) take your issue to this place. I paid them $ 100 to clean my PC from malware that a corporation company couldn’t fix (Office Depot) for almost half the price. Adolfo, the owner, knows what he is doing and gets things done in a timely manner. If you screwed up and let your anti-​virus expire, like I did, he will do what he can to save your info. If not, at least he knows how to do a factory reset without YOUR help and won’t waste your time making you look for the disk you might have gotten with your PC a long time ago and have lost or tossed. Go local, spend less, and forget about corporations that charge more for a service they can’t even follow through with!

I took my computer to Adolfo for maintenance as it was running extremely slow. He did a wonderful, thorough job and got it back to me very quickly.
He also sent me intermittent updates on exactly where he was in the process so I knew exactly what he was doing and how long I had to until I got my computer back. Very good job!

Adolfo, the owner did a great job helping me get my Macbook Pro back up and running!!! He knew how important it was to preserve all the data on my hard drive (HD) and was able to do so, while installing the new HD. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend Tech Web 101 to anyone in need of computer services.

I’ve gone through a lot of people for tech issues (Geek Squad, friends, and a handful of other companies that I can’t remember at the moment) and the only time I’ve ever left as a satisfied customer is when Adolfo has worked on my stuff. He’s affordable as well as trust worthy and gets the job done. I honestly would not take my computers anywhere else.
