Great little shop. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’m definitely going to go there again for more sex toys. Reasonable priced. Easy to find and no creepy feeling.

Bought something here earlier in the week. It did not function as advertised. I took it back the next day. Manager told me there was nothing he could do. However, their receipt says they replace defective products. I was willing to pay the difference for the more expensive item. I sent an email to their customer service dept. NEVER even got a reply. I will order online next time instead of patronizing such a non-​customer friendly store. Very disappointing!!!

It is clean, has a large selection of products, and the prices are not horrible. Saw a lot of things I never heard of and found what we were looking for. Only place I have found in the area that I liked. Would recommend for others.
Downside: Parking kinda sucks.

Everything is In here. I mean, EVERYTHING. They have whips, and leather paddles, and lingerie and cock-​shaped candies, and porn dvds, and bachelorette stuffs, and basically everything that you can think of, as adult toys. I bought a leash here, black soft leather, it’s supposed to be used as S & M or dominatrix stuff but I use it as a leash for my terrier. For under $ 30, I love it! the quality is super nice. Visiting Fresno — called looking for a specific brand of lube — — was excited when the man on the phone told me they had it in stock — Went to pick it up… After a ten mile trek out of my way — the sales lady had never heard of the lube and called the male associate from the previous night a liar! Anyways, I think it’s the best adult store in the Fresno area. The people there are great and you can ask them anything. It’s not embarrassing because they are used to it and answer you and explain the product like it’s a vacuum or something. Just so casual haha.
They have a good selection and even clothing and fun stuff like penis and boobie erasers. Even cooking pans of a penis or boobs. I own the boob one. Fun! They don’t have much selection in t-​shirts anymore but I used to buy them there. They have naughty gift bags which are great!
They are open ²⁴⁄₇ and they have booths for those that want to go watch a movie. I would think they would want to at home and would be afraid to not wear gloves with what goes on in there but some may get off on that. I guess if they wanna hide their porn watching from their spouse it would be a good release. I’ve heard people hook up in those too. Yikes! Beware of pervs tho. There are a lot of creeps that stare at u if ur a woman and it’s a bad neighborhood. But, what do u expect from a porn shop? Of course there will be pervs! It’s fun to go tho. Even if only to look and be embarrassed with friends.
Oh, you can also rent their movies. To buy them is very pricy. One more thing, if your buying something, they will pull it out and make sure it works for you before u purchase :)

For an adult store this place is clean and organized. It isnt on the greatest parts of town, but then again what adult stores are in this area? LOL Some things were reasonably priced and others way too much, but those you can get online. DONT GO IN THE MOVIE BOOTH!!! It’s open ²⁴⁄₇ so that’s a plus! it’s a sex shop. what is more to say. i write to state that there are hardly any left in the world, and suzies is one of them. you cna get some rings for your junk, or mabie some kind of little wiggly thing for some late night spelunking. also vids and mags. it think they have «arcade» booths too. but i dont know. – gross– so yeah just your good old shop for goin to go get some lubies and some rubbers and two in the morning after some cocktails with the lady for some cockntail.

Ok, this is Fresno, not the Bay Area. Good Vibrations or Rock Hard aren’t going to be opening stores here any time soon. But lordy, this joint leaves a lot to be desired (pun intended), especially considering Fresno’s size and the fact that it’s a stone’s throw from the Tower District.
Suzie’s is what one would picture an adult toy store being in the 1960’s: weird smelling, dirty, minimal parking in a trash-​filled lot, and a dinky, dark entrance in the back. (People, people, people, this is 2007. Not *everyone* is ashamed of being s-​e-​x-​u-​a-​l anymore.)
Suzie’s offerings are about as depressing as it’s storefront: dildos and masturbatory sleeves shaped like porn stars’ genitalia, plastic whips and fur-​lined handcuffs for those wishing to get «daring» with their partner, truly awful blown up dolls, and mammoth butt plugs that just might land you with a permanent colostomy bag taped to your stomach if you shove them up your ass. And let’s not forget their selection of overpriced, poorly-​designed cheapo vibrators.
About half the store is turned over to titty magazines and XXX videos.
Customers are primarily greasy older guys and and weirdos who have no qualms about staring at and openly following female patrons around. The last time I was there some dude told me he was a «sex therapist» and wanted to show me his recommendations for vibrators and butt plugs. This guy didn’t work for Suzie’s. The Suzie’s employee, on the other hand, watched this dude trail me and did nothing to intervene. Creepy, creepy, creepy.
It’s sad to say, but if you’re a woman who’s seriously in the market for adult toys, want to be treated with a modicum of respect, expect knowledgeable sales staff, and expect to shop in a sex-​positive (not «sex is dirty and only nasty girls like it, wink wink») environment, you still have to truck the three hours up to SF. Either that, or just order the stuff on line.
