I came in today just to get my eyebrows waxed. There were a few people there before me, one of those people was an older gentleman in a wheelchair.
The time came where I headed to the back sinks to get my eyebrows done, during that time the gentleman in the wheelchair had left. The woman who cut his hair came over to the lady who was waxing my eyebrows and started saying horrible things about the man, while I was sitting in the chair!
I found this to be extremely unprofessional and I was quite upset that they would talk about the older man so rudely.
They do good work at this location, I was just appalled to hear such awful things about a customer from the employees.

Terrible wait times here even with an «appt». 15 min turned into 45. I hate that. Just say or post with the power of an app that your busy and don’t take up more of everyone’s time. Luckily they tie my hands as this is super close to home.

I dont mind driving 40 minutes for a haircut. As soon as i get here me and my family are welcome. The wait is minimal sometimes no wait. Stylist Corina remembers my name and the kind of haircut i like. She does an Excellent job. Christin also does Excellent haircuts and is very courteous and kind person. Thank You Supercuts for hiring stylist like Corina and Christin.

I called ahead of time to avoid a wait, and they were ready for me the second O walked in. No wait.
I’m not too picky with my hair, but Amanda did an excellent job and made sure it was perfect to me. As a bonus she was a great person to talk to.

To avoid a horrible wait time I called ahead and made an appointment. The girl said 30 min. After waiting 50 min. I did them a favor and walked out having yet another person called to a chair before me. I will be going to an actual professional and will not be dealing with the amateurs at supercuts. This place SUCKS!!!

Jennifer was friendly and great to chat with. This was my first time and I told her I wanted a softer look. She curved the ends of my hair which pulls up great in a pony tail! I also told her I wanted my bangs to grow out, and have layers framing my face. She didn’t cut too much off and did my layers just right. I would definitely go back!
