Subway

Ok I am a fan of subway but this one in particular oh goodness,. Terrible idea!!! I get the same sandwich no matter which subway it is and I just do not know. Ordered a sandwich about 9ish and I am still suffering the consequences of mild nausea.
The employee was sweet, kind, and very efficient. Maybe Friday the 13^th is really out to get me today. I’ll still resume visiting subway maybe just not this one

I usually like Subway but this Subway at this location has some serious issues. First and foremost, I observed in their salad bar moldy avocados (in full front view display), wilted spinach, and bread crumbs in their meats and cheese. What’s going on? My sandwich artist has some serious issues with putting together a sandwich. Not going to call the person out, but let’s just say my sandwich had one side full of condiments and the other end just bread.

I have eaten here a few times and the food wasn’t too bad. Yesterday (2÷23÷15) however, was a totally different story. Upon entering it was 82 – 85 degrees in there, no joke! My entire family disrobed from our sweaters and grabbed a seat.
When ordering we were greeted by two prune face employees. No smiles, no energy, completely irritated by our presence. We ordered a 6 foot Sweet Teriyaki Sandwich.
It was Absolutely lousy! Zero to none chicken, skimpy on the vegetables and way over priced. When we tried bite the sandwich, everything fell out. As we ate our veggie delight sandwich, a manager I assumed walked in and made a sandwich for himself. Before he sat down to eat it, he turned off the ceiling fans? Wth! We were roasting to death, lol! Anyhow we finished up and headed out.
The restaurant was clean but don’t think we will be returning anytime soon. A new subway is opening across the street in the El Paso Market Place. Hopefully different owners and friendly service.

This is the second worse subway I’ve ever been too. The service is slow, the owners who are middle Eastern always try to skip on the ingredients and give you less than what the standard serving in other Subways are. The toasters doesn’t really toast the whole sandwich, and they try to charge for every little thing even when you ask for vegetables because they didn’t give you a full serving. They’re are rude to customers and they mess up your order because they don’t even understand English that well.

So here’s the thing, I use to come here a lot because this subway was on the way from my house to the freeway. It was really the convenience that made me come here but usually if I walked in and there was someone there before me I knew it would take at least 10 minutes to get my order. Here is the reason… The service is so unimaginably slow and depressing it almost hurts. The «sandwich artist» literally looks like a zombie. no emotion. I just sigh when I know i’ll have to wait forever for my food. On top of this bad service, the prices are also high. THey charge for anything and everything they can. They even have an advertisement up and put little stickers over certain parts so if it says coffee or soda, it will only say soda. The other thing is they do not clean their soda machine. I know this because I got water once and black particles came out of the machines from sugar build up. I’ve worked in the food industry so I know its because they do not thoroughly clean their machines… disgusting. The last thing will note is that their oven is not consistent. IT only toasts half the sandwich leaving the other side cold or at best lukewarm. Yep. that pretty much sucks because they charge you extra to toast. BOO WOO… Like I said. the only reason i kept coming back was because its on my commute. but no. i guess not.

On wed 20 I walked in to this subway to see how they serve and deal with customer. I have heard numerous complaints about this place for high price. An Order of foot long vegetarian sandwich costed me $ 10.14. I was charged for slice of avocado $ 1.75 cents (Store28318, Cashier Gurbhay S brar) When I asked why your prices are higher then other stores compare to 2 stores on Shaw avenue. Cashier replied prices went up last week big lie because i have bought same sandwich at numerous times every time price is higher. Their was no mention of extra charges for avocado slice for $ 1.75 straight up charged $ 10.14. Please avoid this place charge extra compare to others. They need to stop pulling these Indian shenanigans. Food is good but prices are made up and very high. I called Three subways all had difference of $ 2.66, $ 3.25, $ 2.85 It adds up big if you are ordering and eating out subway every other day.
