Subway

Girl working is so funny and friendly. She made my sandwich perfect. There was a person behind me that made a HUGE order and she didn’t roll her eyes she just asked if he could write the sandwiches and she would do it. Love how accommodating this subway is and the friendliness

Call me crazy, but it takes *a lot* for me to write a 1-​star review. Like, I have to physically want to spit out your food. Or see cockroaches lining up to join me at the table. Or wonder if I’m going to leave your establishment with both of my kidneys. That kind of thing.
This Subway, though, for some strange reason was really trying to get a 1-​star review from me. I’m going to hold out and go with two for now, but seriously — it was trying hard.
I have to agree with the previous reviewer — worst employees EVER. No eye contact, no smiles (in fact, scowl would be an apt term), made a look as if I was the most difficult person to understand in the universe every time I opened my mouth, and when I asked ever so sweetly, «can I please have olives on that,» they rolled their eyes so hard I was concerned they may fall out… and then proceed to place literally 4 pieces of olive on a 12″ sub. FOUR. PIECES. Careful, lady — wouldn’t want to contaminate my sandwich with too much residual olive juice.
As for the food and everything, it was your standard Subway sandwich… just with a fraction of the toppings you’d get at any normal location. Since there were no cockroaches and, as far as I know, I still possess all of my major internal organs, we’ll stick with two stars for now, but seriously, Ft. Washington Subway… get it together.

Subway the wrong way? Tried the Subway Sandwiches at Ft. Washington again today thinking my last visit weeks ago may have been a fluke! It once again the employees could not understand my order, secondly they can’t make a Cold Cut Trio with everything on it but wax peppers (you would think that would be easy)! I received a Cold Cut trio with out wax peppers, mayo, mustard, onions, seasoning and vinegar & oil. As a former Subway operator this just doesn’t cut it! Furthermore on check out, I paid my server 11.67 and she did bag my chips and sandwiched she also didn’t thank me for my business she just walk away and started on another customer. The Operator of this franchise needs major direction from the parent Company if not a total retraining of Subway standards. I’m not returning to this Subway!
