So I absolutely love the prices here, very good selection on shoes, and sales are good too. The problem I have is the quality of the shoes. :(I’m not sure if its on all shoes or just the pair I bought. They were soooo comfortable, but the outside of my shoes wore out in a month! I’m not hard on my shoes, so I was really disappointed. Maybe next time I’ll try a different style.

Decent shoes and buy one get one half off is always great.
However they take forever when ringing customers up.
They had 5 other workers on the the sales floor but still chose to make customers wait.
Signing people up for rewards cards should be a faster process.
There were 2 customers ahead of me and it took at least 15 minutes to finally get my receipt.
Hopefully they will read this and improve their cashiering skills.

I have been to other skechers outlets including in Livermore, Bakersfield (Fort Tejon), Tulare and LA and i must this one is pretty good. What I mean is good is the deals and the choices. This store is very big and has many choices for kids, men, women, girls, fitness enthusiast. The store is very big and always offers 50% off for your 2^nd pair of shoes.
The service here is good and workers are mostly helpful. Price ranges from $ 20-​$ 80 with median at $ 40. The quality of shoes is very good, and if your not satisfied you could return it. I have never had a bad experience with any of the products here, so quality wise I think its great.

If I could give a negative star this place I would! so here’s how the horror story started. I walk in with my casual strut, find me some fresh kicks and kindly ask the lil cashier youngster for some help and boom right away I just inconvenienced her! She litterally said bring me the shoe U want and I’ll see if we have it, as she makes no eye contact and the shoes are clearly where I was standing! Ok now after she didn’t walk her lazy ass over I asked another 5 star employee fir help and he actually was cool and helped me out, NOW I walk up to pay and the same chic (dumb and young) was complaining out-​loud that she needs to go on her 10 minute break cuZ she’s gonna go crazy! Really bitch go crazy? Like go crazy from not doing your job and complaining loud in front of customers? Ya this place sucks or should I say the WACK cashier sucked! Buyers beware first time last time!

You get two stars because your sale last weekend drew me in. You get two stars because it took 20 minutes to check out and your cashier had no idea how to handle the sale! I don’t blame this on him, poor guy tried his best, but the trainer/​manager, wow, you really dropped the ball, shame on you! Would like to ink out three stars because my shoes are very comfortable, but eh’ just can’t quite get over the twenty minute check out process… sorry!

I used to think that Skechers were the coolest shoes ever, when I was in junior years, but of course now, I know better. I don’t shop here anymore, but I’m putting my review when I did.
Nice selection of skecher shoes. Lots of different styles both for men and women. Always a «get one, and get another pair for half-​off». But, you have to remember: this is an outlet store. If you shop here expecting great things, you’ll be disappointed. There’s a reason why it’s cheaper, As in life, you will get what you pay for. always.
The store is kept clean and it’s well organized. The staff are friendly. It’s location is in the very small shopping area on Blackstone and shaw. the parking lot is limited and the area itself is hard to get in or out of.

I admit it, I liked Sketchers, until I bought them here. I got 2 pairs for like 38 dollars. Within a matter of days, 1 pair started un-​raveling. The stitches just start busting everywhere.
The other pair has held up a little better, but the inside was rather uncomfortable. Both pairs really were bad.
I suggest buying them at full price at JC penny’s or somewhere. They will be of better quality.
