Sears Carpert & Air Duct Cleaning

Terrible. Horrible. Ridiculous. Waste. There are other words to describe their services but you get the point. Two visits from them and I’m pretty sure my carpet looks worse than it did before they came. The first visit resulted in huge dark stains that weren’t there before. So I asked them to come out and fix it. It was no better. I finally bought a three dollar bottle of oxy pet stain carpet spray from Target and that finally took the stains away without even scrubbing. They have no clue what they are doing. Don’t waste your time or money.

I had an appointment scheduled this morning at 8:30am. I called them at 9am to find out where they were and was told they had an equipment problem and wouldn’t be out until 2pm. I explained a phone call would be nice so I would be wasting time waiting around on my day off. They called at 1:30 to say they still weren’t ready yet and that they would be out between 3:30 and 4:30. They called at 4 to tell me they wouldn’t be out until 5:15.
I got off the phone and called another guy who does the work himself and booked through him for almost half what Sears was going to charge.
I called back to cancel and the woman on the phone could’ve cared less. No apology.
Well Sears, your time is running out. You better figure out how to treat customer better if you want to stay in business.
