My experience here was rather unpleasant. I dropped my iPhone 6S Plus and the screen completely shattered along with damage to the front camera. I was on a business trip and had to get it fixed asap. I spend so much time on my phone for business that without it I’m at a total loss. I brought it to this place based on the reviews I saw but wow were they misleading! We all know a 6s plus is going to be costly to fix but the worker not only gave me a very high price, he overcharged me in the end too! He claimed it was more work than he expected so he had to charge me more than I was quoted! I didn’t have time to argue because I had another flight to catch but the service was horrible. On top of that, the quality wasn’t good either. I should have checked my front camera before I left because there was still a small crack in it which affected it’s function. Total ripoff

It was so quick. I came at 7:11 and got my phone at 7:35! Great place and the BEST PRICE for iPhone screen repair. Thanks to Jacob at counter for helping me out for he first time and Ivan for working on my phone! :)

I took my iPhone 5 in for a screen replacement. They did a great job and they were fast! They told me 15 minutes and it took less than 10 minutes. There was a small issue with something not lining up right so when I made a phone call I could hardly hear the person on the other end. Fortunately, I had not left the parking lot and took it back in. They fixed it no problem and my phone works great! They were very friendly and professional.

I took my iPhone in to get it fixed and Ka had it ready for me in 45 mins. Ka seem to be very knowledgeable as well very nice. I would use them again.

Got my phone fix many times here. They work fast, got it fixed in less than 10 min. Ask for Ivan I been going to this repair tech for a couple year. He does a good job.

Came here for the first time and I must say, their customer service is amazing. All the employees were truly insightful and really knew their stuff. I came in with a cracked iPhone screen and Ivan really did a wonderful job on it. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Overall great service and worth the pricing depending on which type of phone you bring in. I definitely recommend asking for Ivan to work on your phone!

Just got my IPhone 6 cracked screen fixed today. This company is a life saver! The phone looks BRAND NEW! The people working were awesome. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

If you need your phone repaired, do NOT go to ScreenWorks near Fresno state. They are shady af, I took my phone in yesterday morning and they said that they could fix my phone for $ 70 for water damage, later yesterday evening I talked with someone who told me that my phone’s screen was working and that I can pick it up today in the morning. Later today I find out that in fact my phone’s screen is still messed up and they said they could fix the screen for $ 250 so not only did they give me false info but they just wanted to find a way to get more money out of me. $ 250 is half my rent and fuck no I can’t afford that, so I declined and left with my messed up phone. If they already knew that they couldnt fix the issue, there was no reason for them to lie and keep me waiting. Waste of fucking time.

ScreenWorks is awesome, they are super friendly and their customer service is outstanding. Reasonable prices for all your cracked screen needs. (two thumbs up)!!!

I am so disappointed in this place. I got my screen fixed about a month & half a half ago. Not only in the initial time, they only had a screen with a «glitch» in it that had a black mark on top. So, they charge me full price and tell me to come back in a few days when they have a good screen. (I should’ve known right then that there should’ve been a discount/​better customer service due to the inconvenience it would be to go back) But I did not say anything and went back and got the good screen put on. Anyway, a month later, FIVE DAYS after my warranty expires, the top of my screen completely POPS out and won’t get pushed back in. I called them and the girl on the phone told me it would be $ 40. So I said no thanks, after I had already paid $ 150 to get it fixed. She said actually the technician said he will fix it for free so come on in. I come in after work, and the guy had no clue what i was talking about. I said the girl I just talked to said she would take care of it for me for free since it basically just expired and all they had to do was apply adhesive. Well this RUDE guy comes out and has the WORST customer service. Was so rude about it, trying to make me look stupid when it was THEIR fault they made me drive all the way there thinking it was going to be fixed for free. I am ultimately so disappointed in this place and will NEVER are recommend to a friend/​anyone I know. They have awful quality, awful customer service, and an awful policy. What a waste of money.

Forget Apple Store! Forget Verizon! After them tossing me around for 4 months, I decided to go here for help. Problem detected in a split second and fixed in 15 minutes.

Well update… i was initially frustrated because it did not seem like they would be able to fix my iPad due to home button issue. I was ready to get on here and do a horrible Unilocal rant lol. It seemed like at first they were putting me off saying they would get to it but it took a while. In the end they came through. Gabriel was great in explaining everything that happened and threw in a tempered glass screen protector for the inconvenience. I would recommend these guys their customer service is great and they stand by their work.

I was devastated as I broke my iPad Air 2 screen. I was going to a movie and saw this store. They quoted me about 300 bucks which is on par actually a little cheaper than other places. The guy at the store was very accommodating. They repaired the screen pretty fast and it looked good. So why 4 stars? I got home and tried to program my fingerprint. The home button felt off but appeared to work. The fingerprint selection in settings was grayed out the. I hit the button and it slid up and no longer worked. I immediately went back to the store and the gal working the front was apologetic and said they would look at it. Right now I’m only docking one star because things happen but I’m pretty nervous and will be beyond angry if my iPad is messed up. It was in pristine condition always in a case before dropping and the home button definitely worked. Hopefully I get my uiPad back in that condition. I will update as soon as I get news.

My wife cracked her iPad screen so we went into Screenworks to get it repaired. The staff was great helping us out and the repair was done super quick.
I also found some iPhone cases that I don’t see anywhere around Fresno. Great selections!

Amazing place to get your phone fixed no matter what the damage! I came in to get my iPhone 5S screen fixed and they gave it back to me good as new! Everything on it was working perfectly fine and they finished in no time at all! Definitely coming back here again if needed!

I love this place! I had my Galaxy s4 screen fixed while I was watching a movie from just across the street. I didn’t have to neither wait for my screen fixed in a store nor roaming around the area at all.

Very nice store! I was helped by Gabe who is the manager of the store. I have never meet anyone more knowledgeable about phone repair in my life.
Gabe was able to repair my iPhone 6 Plus screen in about 7 minutes. I have never had my phone repair done so quickly. I figure I could have gone somewhere else and waited 30 – 45 minutes for a questionable job or I could get it done here fast and correctly in less than an ¹⁄₈^th of the time. The techs at Screenworks were that good!
Overall, the staff is great and the parts and quality of work is topnotch. My iPhone 6 Plus looks brand new. I highly recommend Screenworks for your phone repair needs.
