I’ve been a regular customer only because the north fresno/​41 area only has a few supermarkets. The employees here are typical, some good, some bad. I believe their baggers are the worst. Not unusual for a entire bag of bread products to be at the bottom of the cart under the soda or other heavy items. I know they hire high school kids to do this job, but it is not rocket science to determine what happens to bread when you place a 2 liter bottle of soda on top of it. And yet it is a common problem. A manager there might want to spend some time training them. Also may want to look into your dairy buyer. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone here to purchase milk, half and half, cottage cheese etc only to find the expiration date to be two days in the future, or already expired. It pisses me off more to find those dates when I get the product home. Think it is worth the drive south or east to find a decent store.

I ordered my sons birthday cupcakes from here before and the have been ok. Well today my son had his 6th bday and we ordered 4 dozen of what I thought would be a very simple cupcake; Baymax’s face in the cupcake just white frosting 2 eyes and a line across to connect the eyes. Sounds simple right? Well my husband goes to pick up the cupcakes, sends me a picture and the they look terrible! It looks like a phone, at this time I only had an hour till the party began. So I didn’t have time to get new ones, but I had to redo the baymax face myself. As you will see in the pictures the ones I redid are not perfect but they sure do look more like baymax from big hero 6. I was very upset because I only had an hour to redo these and NO EXPERIENCE, but they got done and looked a whole lot better. I will never order from this bakery again!

Selection and food seems Okay. I do almost all of my shopping at Costco. Generally I feel if I can’t get it at costco, amazon or home depot I don’t really need it. However, sometimes I need something quick, or something small that isn’t offered at any of the above and I make my way over to this save mart. It’s surprising to me, I always think of supermarkets as a place you go to with great service, etc. because the prices are so much higher than costco. From my experience, there is always 2 or 3 people in front of me in line. If you are going to have premium prices, we expect premium service. Staff those registers.
