FRAUDS. They don’t care about the law. They do things illegally, no matter what it takes or who it hurts to close the deal.

At first I was pretty happy with the service. I found a car I fell in love with and they accommodated my needs. I noticed a couple issues with the car right away(check engine light and trunk button didn’t respond). They got me to sign the paper work that day and let me take my car which I was trading in home for a couple days to get what needed to be done, done. There was also some peeled paint on the bumper that they said they would get taken care of along with the other issues I stated earlier. When I went to pick my car up they decided to start on things when I got there. They were cool enough to put on 4 New tires which it probably needed anyways but they kept giving me the run around. They said 15 minutes every time I asked how long and before I knew it I was there for 3 hours. Frank was my salesman and overall I was happy with him but one of the managers Omar is pretty rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. After I complained I was able to take it home. A day or so later my check engine light came back on, my car was stalling when I got down to a quarter tank of gas, and they never fixed my trunk button or the peeled paint. They said the stalling could be because of a bad fuel pump. I’ve called to make an appt with their service dept but I’m just mad that it wasn’t taken care of when it should have been. Not to mention I live 45 minutes away from Fresno and work. Got this car at the end of February and still waiting to take my car in. I DON’T EVENWANTTODEALWITHTHEMANYMORE. I only went here because someone told a friend of mine that they were good. THEYAREDEFINITELYNOTTHEGO-TOPLACE.

***DONOTLETFRANKTRYANDSELLYOU A CAR*** I went down to Sam’s Auto Sales yesterday afternoon in the process of looking for a newer used vehicle to buy. Upon entering the lot I saw one other customer and 3 staff members. I took 10 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped. I would understand that if there had been more than one other customer, but when employees are just standing around, I expect a much quicker inquiry into whether or not I am in need of help. Upon meeting Frank, that was the employee’s name he gave me and not a fictitious one for this review, he asked what I was looking for. I let him know I was looking for one of four different types of cars. They were as follows: Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Honda Accord or a Honda Civic. He immediately took me to look at a Volkswagen which was not on the list of what I told him I was looking for. The Vehicle was dinged and scratched as expected for a used car, however, the front bumper cover was peeling and had come loose from the right front bumper bracket. He went on to explain that was normal. I corrected him and explained that something had obviously caused this bumper to come loose from the bracket that mounts it to the vehicle and it is not«normal» for a bumper just to come loose as such. I explained to him the price range for what I was looking at buying and he then took me over to a Hyundai, once again not one of the vehicles I told him I was looking for, and it was $ 2000 more than the higher end of what I told him I wanted to spend. I then informed him I was leaving and would not be coming back.
