I would put zero stars if I could. There is no communication at all. No one wants to call you back for updates on parts. They give you the run around about delivery dates. Deanna has horrible customer service skills. And the owner himself didn’t even call us back to update us. That is one awesome ran business!!! I would NEVER recommend!
If you need parts or a lift installed GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

There is no communication between departments. Sales doesn’t talk to service. Service doesn’t communicate with customer. Construction manager doesn’t like talking to anyone.
If you need a lift installed, call someone else.
Rumex will give you terrible service.
